Sooooooooooooo sorry I haven't updated in a while I've been so busy with camp and my new puppy,

(who's only 12 weeks old) I know camp sounds really lame, but is really not. It's not a sleep away camp-

I will just shut up and read this I'm almost done. Now where was I before I was so rudely interrupted? Oh yes, It's not a sleep away camp but we go on lots of fun field thrips like the water park, the zoo, sky zone, fun centers, and all that fun stuff. So anyway here's chapter 3!! Hope u love it!!!

_____________RUE'S POV___________

I WON!!! Oh my gosh I won. That means I beat Cato, and it's still only my first kill!!! Now I know

you may all be wondering, "didn't she die". Well, yes and no. I wasn't the one stabbed. It was a

contraption I built. I took some of the metal and wires they used for the entrance thingys and

made holograms. Katniss was still with me almost the entire time. Just when she turned her head

to see who was behind us, I put down one of the very tiny interactive holograms that I had made

with a camera, that I also had in my bag that Katniss didn't see. Then the jet came along and

picked up my contraption. Didn't think I was that smart did ya. I practice a lot in my spare time.

How do I get the stuff, I sell stuff to the mayor I get stuff in return. Oh there's my Aunt.

"OH MY GOD YOU'RE ALIVE!!!!! YOU WON!!!" my aunt screamed in excitement. "Yes I won!!!!

Can you believe it?! And my chances of beating Cato were so remote!!!!!" I said.

"Yes!!! Now let's go your siblings are waiting for you and so are all of the people in district 11." As

soon as I got on the train my stylist ran over to me and congratulated me. Im pretty sure my

mentor would do the same except district 11 doesn't have a mentor. Wait a minute they do... IT'S

ME!!!!! Anyway, I was also showered with gifts like food, clothes, toys, medicines, and the best

thing to help me and my district, money!

After all that fun it was time to get ready for another interview with Caesar. I was poked, prodded,

pulled, scratched, plucked and shaved and then I was finally ready to put on that stuff that goes on

my face to make me look pretty, and my dress. I think I looked beautiful. I was wearing a short

frilly neon green dress with neon pink, wedges I think they're called. Then I was time to go to my

interview.
