Prologue

"Fleetway! You are not supposed to escape from my mind!"

The world are in chaos and Fleetway has made a major contribution. Our little hero, Sonic, was trying to defeat him in his super form.

"You know I don't belong to you!!! I am myself!!! I deserve freedom!!!"

Floating in the not-so-peaceful sky, Fleetway shouted looking at the hero below him. He had already battle with Sonic with a couple of hours. Unfortunately to our hero, Fleetway gained the upper hand, while Sonic was having problems with the battle, even defending for himself.

Acknowledging his circumstances, Sonic was more and more nervous as time went on. He knew that if he needed to continue having a battle, he himself, together with the whole world, would lose.

"You don't know what I want!!! I am here to destroy everything being merciless towards me!!!" He then spawned another blast, charging at our hero.

Suddenly, an idea crept into Sonic's mind. He knew this was not the best, but comparing with the whole world, doing a little favour was nothing, right?

"Fleetway, calm down! Could you at least let me show you how you meant to me?"

Fleetway stopped. He never heard something like that before. He was very curious what would the hero do, and he might accept that if the word didn't come from his enemy.

"I will be here for a couple of seconds before another attack to let you show your 'caring'. If you fail, I will show you no mercy!!!"

Sonic slowly approached towards Fleetway. Actually, he wasn't even sure that if the idea would work. However, he was too tired to have another combat, especially with an opponent that charged continuously at him.

He was only a few inches away from Fleetway now, very nervous about what he was planning. With the guts that came up from nowhere, he kissed, kissed the hedgehog above him.

The kiss wasn't a very pleasant one, particularly with a man, with an enemy, with no love. I am not so sure if it contains love, but at least they are...were not lovers.

After the kiss, Sonic noticed a smirk in Fleetway's muzzle. Was his idea successful?

"Very well, hedgehog, you impressed me. I will return to your head under one condition: giving another kiss to the others and you will not be able to trap me, ever."

Sonic gulped. He has already gave his first kiss away. Accepting his term means that no loves from the others. However, concerning the safety of the world, just a little cost wouldn't make him regret, would it? Knowing there would be not way turning back, Sonic heaved a sigh.

"Deal."
