You have now been married to for 3 years now, and have a little girl named Lily that is 1.5 years old. Yamato still has to watch Orochimaru but is given time off to spend time with his family. You are good friends with Kakashi who is now the Hokage, he had another ANBU take Yamato's place when he is home with you and Lily. When ever Yamato comes home he never leaves either of your sides. You still live in the same house but added onto it. You and him both want more children in the future but right now you are both living happily with Lily.
