"bella, here's your prescription. luckily there's no broken bones in your hand. that little beach" alice said making me a giggle. "sorry bella, i shouldn't said something like that in front of you" alice sighed. "its okay dr. cullen" i said shyly. "bella.. im not edward. just call me alice, okay??" "sorry, im not use to calle.." "no.. im not hearing okay? so call me alice. i know my brother sometimes act like... you know? but.. he's actually not really like that bella. and the fact that he's calling me because of you, its something that surprise me" alice said again. "what.. what do you mean?" i ask confused. "i mean, edward is a really independent child in our family. ever since he went to the college, he's working and leaving in his own roof. he's rarely asking for a help from his family. except if its something that's really important for him.. meaningfull for him. that's why it got me surprised when he called me this morning to help his friend, and its you. or.. maybe my brother has a feeling for you. oh my god!! yes it could be like that!" she started claping her hands making me nervous. "no.. alice of course not. mr. cullen just trying to be nice to me" i said. "well.. we never know bella. And im not losing my hope" she smiles this time.

after alice arrived, edward left the room leaving me and alice after he introduce me to his sister. Alice is 180 degrees different from his brother. She's cute, a little too excited over things, and she's so friendly.

knock knock..

"are you done alice?" edward get into his room. "yeah.. i am.." alice said as i looked down to the floor. "is everything okay?" he asked again. "well.. luckily bella is fine. she just need to rest her hand for a while now. Dont make her do something hard eddie, do you understand?" alice said again. "yeah i got it" edward said again. "well.. im gonna leave now. i already gave bella her prescription, maybe you can help her edward" i quickly look up to see alice whose winking her eyes to me. im sure my cheek is turning red now. "its nice to see you bella. and dont forget about what i said to you. call me if you need anything" i nodded at alice. "thank you so much alice" i said as i get up. "see you eddie" alice gave edward a quick hug before she finally leaving me and edward in the room. There's an awkward silence between us until he finally said something.

"let me buy your prescription bella" he said sternly. "its okay.. ed.. mr.cullen. i can buy it when i get back home" i almost slipped his name maybe because im nervous. "bella.. why you" he stopped looks like hesitant about things that he want to said. "why me what?" i asked almost whispering. "why you so stubborn?" he said muttering. am i missheard? why do he even cares? why? but i kept quite not saying anything. "mr. cullen thank you so much for everything" i said trying to change the subject and he looked up to my face. "if you need anything, im on my desk" i said again. "you can just go home today bella" i stand still not know how to response him. "just take a rest, and dont said that you're fine" he added. "okay.. then" i said then walked out leaving his room.

I dont understand why one incident can turn up my day upside down? why do i cares about him? why his sudden attention to me can affect me like this?
why??
