   One year pass with (Y/N) training, and doing missions as member of team Rainbow. He met each operator that was a member of the team. He learned that inside this group is two sections - Attack section, and defend section, and each of this section have different operators.

   It was not surprise to (Y/N) learning this from Six, but still she doesn't decide to which section he will be assigned. Four months he was on missions with defend, and attack operators, and each of their action was success, but still White Masks was not backing away from their plans.

   Team Rainbow started being like some sort of strange family, of course his old operation group also acted like family, but this was more close to real family. It was because White Masks was real threat to entire world, and operators had little free time. Almost all weeks they were on training, missions or just in the base waiting for any order.

   Operators just got more free time when on mission goes not their section. In that year (Y/N) met girl that shake his life very hard. At first, he just knew her as her code name - IQ, but then when their 'relationship' get further she told him her real name. - Monika.

   Monika "IQ" Weiss is a operator from attack section, and she is from Germany - Organization GSG 9. How did it happen that they got closer? It was nothing surprising.

   Each operator knew that in any mission they can die, and not come back to their home. This was blocking their searching for a future lover. Still, some operators wanted warmness, love and just to get rid of all that tension in their bodies.

   No one wanted to place anyone from their private life to danger, and this fact only make almost everyone in team Rainbow to be alone wanting only to do their job. Some of them just got 'together' for occasional sex, talk and just spending time together, like (Y/N) and IQ.

   (Y/N) and Monika at their first dinner together knew that it would be only sex. They accepted it, and no one said anything about that 'relationship', but still Six told them to just not tell another one something that they will regret later.

   It worked for some weeks, and even Monika asked (Y/N) if she can live with him in his house. She said that in that way they can save some money. Everything was fine between them to time when (Y/N) started feeling something for that blonde woman.

   He knew that it was wrong, and IQ probably will just reject his feelings. Knowing this, (Y/N) just stay silent being happy that they have this weird 'relationship'. On other hand IQ started behaving oddly.

   They had several days that their house was silent without their previous laughs, moans or just talks. Each of them knew that something was wrong, but doesn't want to start talk about this first. (Y/N) started going out in nights to drink with Kapkan leaving IQ alone in cold bed.

   He liked Russian sniper operator, and they almost talked about everything. Kapkan even after one of their biggest drunk nights told him that Tachanka is some sort of 'lord' in private, but (Y/N) just laughed at it think that his friend is only telling him joke.

   Sadly one day  IQ got tired of this silent treatment, and when (Y/N) got back after meeting with Frost, and Doc she was waiting for him sitting on the couch. Their eyes met, and he knew that she was crying earlier. Several weeks before he will sit next to her, hug her and just try to comfort while asking what happened, but not now.

IQ: It is time to end this...

(Y/N): Really? I just thought that we were fine!

   She stood up with an angry face and walked to him. He was just looking at her with little amusement, because some alcohol he drank earlier.

IQ: This is not a joke (Y/N)! I really wanted for this to work out somehow, maybe after we will end our work for Six, but now...

(Y/N): I have feelings for you Monika.

   From IQ eyes fall some tears to ground, and she fast shake her head in no.

IQ: I don't care! I wanted only sex, and you accepted this... There was nothing between us! Never.

(Y/N): Then why are you crying?! Why were you still living with me after weeks of nothing?

IQ: It was money, I told you!

(Y/N): Don't bullshit me! You are talking about money like some sort of bitc...

   Monika slapped his cheek, hard. (Y/N) touched it surprised by her act, and instantly regretting his words. IQ turned around not wanting to look at him now.

IQ: Everything I had here is now in Mira house... I just wanted to say goodbye.

   She slowly started walking to doors, not even looking at (Y/N) who stood silent not knowing what to do or say. Finally, when she opened the door, he tried to stop her.

(Y/N): Monika wait... I'm sorry!

   She turned to him, and he saw her like first time when they meet. Cold professionalism.

IQ: It's IQ for you, goodbye.

   Monika closed door to his house, while (Y/N) sat on the couch looking at his tv.

   Everyone in team Rainbow saw that something bad happened between IQ and (N/N), but left it to them. They are adults, and knew that relationship in this kind of job will not work out. Still, it hurt some operators to see how they acted to each other. Cold.

   Six wanted to see (Y/N) and he was almost sure that she will just ask him about his and IQ relationship, but in reality director doesn't care about it just like Tom. It was not important to them, important thing was their operators.

   (Y/N) entered office of Six, it was clear and well-kept room with her sitting in front of him. She signaled him to sit with her hand, and (Y/N) did it without any sort of greeting.

Six: For next few weeks you will go back to the Hereford Base, and will be a guide for our new operator in team Rainbow... Her code name is 'Ela', and these files have just enough information about her you need to know.

   He nodded to her mechanically, and she handed him two files with a Polish flag and inscription "GROM".

Six: Read these files, and memorize everything about her. It will come useful in training Ela. In Hereford also will be Montagne, and Twitch. They will help you. I expect reports for each week.

   Again he just nodded to her without any words. She looked at him with her eyes trying to read his face.

Six: It's everything, you are free (N/N).

   He stood up, and before he closed a door to her office Six called him again.

Six: (N/N)? Don't let your emotions kill you in mission...
