2/2: leave me alone

"Guys!! Who's ready for the costume party?!"

I look over my shoulder to see Richie walk in with Betty clinging onto his arm for dear life and you can tell he's trying to yank away from her. I stifle a laugh from how much struggle he's going threw. "Hey Richie" I chuckle from how miserable he looks.

He looks over laughing and then finally yanking away from Betty leaving her with a sour face, he stomps over to me quickly before I could run he wraps his arm around my neck bending us over then I realized what he was doing. He's giving me a noogie. I yell and try to run but he's too strong.

"Rich!!!"

That annoying nagging voice comes back and Richie slips away from me. I instantly miss his warmth. He looks over a smile on his face but Betty does not look happy. "Stop being so childish" she whines and he just rolls his eyes turning back to me

"Hey Ed's how was your day?"

"It was ok"

"Just ok?"

I just shake my head in response a small smile placed on my lips. He looks down at my lips for a second but quickly looks up a smile playing on his lips too and he walks away to Betty.

"Eddie are you coming?"

"No"

Stan looks at Jaeden worriedly and looks back at me. "Hey buddy is it about Betty and richie?"

"They don't belong together!" I yell slightly my face getting red from the thought of Betty and rich

"Come on man! Have some fun it'll take your mind off richie"

"No bill"

Bill looks over at me tugging on stans sleeve but Stan just shrugs sitting down on the bean bag at the front of the room.

"Leave me alone"

"I'll give you 25 minutes" Stan sighs taking bills hand heading towards the door "you better be ready cause your ARE leaving"

And with that they are gone.
