Chapter 1 : New Start

(Raven's p.v)

Hi my name is Raven Hutchinson, I'm 17 years old. I have one sibling, my older brother Johnny he's 18 years old almost 19. We have been here at the orphanage since I was 5,and Johnny was 6. Johnny is the only family I have left, our parents die in a car crash, that's what they told us anyway. And since that day me and Johnny have been here. I share a room with Johnny because he dose not want to lose me, so he has to deal with my music and all my band posters of Black Veil Brides, Blood On The Dance Floor, Panic At The Disco, and Falling In Reverse. Normally he will through pillows at me or he will sing along but in a high pitch voice, so I'll though the pillows at him. But that's me, well I have to get ready people are coming to adopt one of us today.

I'm not looking forward for today, people are coming in to adopt to day, and I'm afraid they will take my sister even though every other time no one has picked one of us, but this might be the day where they take her away from me. And how I know they will Is because they only want a girl around the age of 17, the caretaker told me that I could stand in the room with my sister, but not by her.

(Raven's p.v)

I was sitting in my room in the clothing that the caretaker picked out for me, but I put a pair of dark red contacts in, even though she wanted me to look my best. I'm afraid that I might never get out of here with my brother, I don't want to lose the only family I have left, and I know that if I get adopted they will be my family but not by blood, I only want my brother. That's when a knock came to my door, then the door opened and there stood the caretaker she came to get me. I grabbed my phone and earbuds, once we got to the room where they line us up and pick one of us I put my earbuds in and close my eyes, waiting for the the day to end.

Today me and the guys are at an orphanage to adopt a child, a girl around the age 17. I know why a girl around the age 17, when I'm only 23, well we want a change in the house. The caretaker is really nice she said that there is around 8 girls around the age 17 and asked if that was fine, I looked at the guys and they nodded yes and I said "Yes that's fine." She smiled and walked us into the room with the girls, what was strange was there was a boy that looked around the age 18 to 19, but I shrugged it off and looked at the girls, almost all the girls had to much makeup on and showed a lot of skin. I though it was hopeless untill Cc grabbed my shoulder and pointed to a girl with long black hair, her eyes where closed. She was the one, so I walked over to her and took out one of her earbuds.

I was leaning on one of the walls jamming to Mama by MCR, untill someone took one of my earbuds out and said "What's your name?" I didn't open my eyes to see who it was, but I felt like I knew who it was, but I said my name "Raven." Then another person asked "Hey, did you get her name?" the first person said, "Ya I did it's Raven." I know these people, I had to know who it was so I opened my eyes to have bright blue ones look right back at me. It was Andy Biersack! I slide down the wall, tears started to run down my face. The smile once on Andy's face was gone once I was sitting on the floor, Andy bent down and asked "Hey you okay? Did I do something wrong?" I shock my head no, as I wiped my tears away. I smiled at Andy to show him I was fine, he smiled back at me and took hold of my hands pulling me up only to see the rest of BVB behind him, looking at me with worried eyes. I bit my bottom lip, being by one of the groups that have helped me stay alive.

I was worried when Raven slid down the wall as tears fell from her eyes, all I could think of was did I do something wrong, so I asked her but she shock her head no. So I took her hands in mine and pulled her up. She looked over my shoulder and more tears fell, and she bit her bottom lip. I looked over to see the guys there looking at her with worried eyes, Raven started to squeeze my hand. "Raven you okay?" I asked again, it took her a second before she said something. "Thank you for making music, you are one of the the groups that have helped me live." I smiled as did the the guys, I moved away to give her some space, she pulled her hands away and wiped her eyes. I looked back at the guys and they smiled and nodded yes that they thought she was the one too, so I had Ashely stand by Raven and tell her that we want to adopt her, as I walked over to the caretaker to tell her that we want to take Raven home with us.

Andy wanted me to tell Raven that we wanted to take her home with us, as he told the caretaker that we wanted to adopt her. I looked right at Raven, and she smiled at me "Hey Raven, Andy wanted me to tell you that we want to Adopt you." I said. Once she heard what I said the smile that sat on her lips no longer was there once I was done talking, "What about my brother?" she mumbled. I was surprised I thought she would have jumped and gave us a hug, but she started to cry again but for her brother. I took hold of Raven's hands and pulled her into a hug, Cc, Jake, and Jinxx, also hugged her. Untill she said "I would love to live with you guys as long as I get to say goodbye to my brother, and maybe come back once in a month to see him." I nodded to her, as did the others. We then let go of her as she looked around the room as if looking for someone, untill she ran and hugged the boy that was next to the caretaker. I thought he was the caretakers son but he's Ravens brother, she had her legs wrapped around his waist, arms around his neck, and her face in his chest. He held her tight in his arms, untill he almost fell to the ground tears running down his face. Raven was his younger sister, he had to give her to people he did not know or trust.

(Johnny's p.v)

One of the men that where around my sister started to walk over to us, I believe he wants to adopt her. He walked over to the caretaker and said "We found the one we want to adopt, Raven." My heart shattered my sister was going to be adopted and I'll be all alone, I looked over at her she was crying and being hugged by the other guys. Untill they let her go and she ran to me, so I walked a little so I was out of the man's view that was with the caretaker. Then Raven jumped on me wrapping her arms and legs around me and placed her face in my chest, all she was doing was crying. I told her everything was going to be okay, but I didn't know was tears ran down my face untill Raven said "How can you say it's going to be fine when you are crying to?" I didn't know if it was true or not, but I couldn't tell her that. That's when I felt my legs go weak and I almost fell, but I cought myself and sat on the floor and held Raven tight, I didn't want to give her over to 5 guys, she was my little sister, and my only family I had left.

(Andy's p.v)

I seen the boy by the caretaker walk away out of my view, when I was talking about adopting Raven. The caretaker handed me Raven's papers to sign untill Ashely came over and took hold of he papers and turned me to see Raven being held by the boy. I asked the caretaker, "Who is that boy to Raven? Is he her boyfriend?" The caretaker shock her head no and said "That's Raven's older brother, they came here around 13 years ago, their parents died in a car crash when Raven was 5 and Johnny was 6. They only have each other since then, but they need to start a new." I nodded sad that the guys and I are taking Raven way from her only family she has left, untill Jinxx said " Well I think we should take both of them, but surprise them, you guys help Raven pack and once you guys leave, I'll tell him to pack his stuff that I'm adopting him, and bring him to the house, what do you guys say." I nodded in agreement, and said "Are you becoming there dad Jinxx?" I looked over at him and he nodded, so I went over to the two and said "Raven, it's time to pack up your stuff." She looked up at me and took my hand leading me to her room, I looked back at her brother as tears fell from his eyes, he looked away from us and got up heading to a door. I looked back at Raven as we walked up the stairs to the 3rd floor, once on the 3rd floor we walked down the hall to the last door on the right. Raven opened the door, I looked in and seen a bunch of posters of bands most of them was us. We packed her clothing and all her posters, a blanket, and a stuffy.

Once everything was packed even my posters, Andy and me walked out of my room and down to the front door where everyone was waiting for us. I smiled at the caretaker, and gave her a hug. Andy had taken my bags and gave them to Ashely, to put them in the trunk. Once I was done hugging the caretaker, Andy took hold of my hand and walked out the house with me, once we where at the bottom two arms picked me up, but it was not Andy it was Cc. He put me over his shoulder and spun us around, I started to smile and laugh. Cc finally sat me down and we fell but I had a soft landing, I fell on top of Andy. I looked up at him and blushed, Andy smiled and helped me up but when Cc asked Andy left him on the ground, so I put my had out and pulled him up. Cc smiled and Picked me up again, but this time ran with me in his arms to the car. Once we got to the car everyone was in the car but one person Jinxx, "Hey where's Jinxx?" I asked. Andy looked at me from the drivers seat since I was in the back with Cc and Jake "He had to finish sighing your papers, after he is done he will meet us at the house." I nodded as Andy started up the car and headed off down the road to my new house with the guys.
