Third question

James' POV

I wake up. Its Friday again. Today Riley's going to ask me another question. So far all the questions she asked me i said no to. Is that good or bad? I get out of bed and take a shower. When I'm done I put on a pair of jeans and a green short sleeve top. I take my dance bag and I put my dance clothes, a water bottle, a pair of socks and an extra pair of shoes. I look at my phone. 7:20. I sit down on my couch and sigh. I still have twenty minutes till I have to leave for dance. I decide to text Eldon.

J-yo Eldon

E-what's up

J-nothing just have a while till I have to leave for dance

E-me too. So how's it riley

J-I don't know like she asking me good questions and I'm answering truthfully but she gets mad at me

E-well I can't blame her she pretty mad

J-no duh my ex-girlfriend kissed me

E-if you like Riley then why did you let Beth kiss you

J-look I don't know man I guess it's because I used to like her

E-if you let her kiss that means do like her

J-no man I like riley

E-let's talk at the studio

J-ok see ya soon

E-see ya bro

I shut off my phone and get into my car. I meet Eldon in studio-A

"Hey man"

"Hi" Eldon responds.

"I wonder what Riley's going to ask me."

"Yeah"

"I hope she doesn't get mad at me again"

"I think she will"

"Why are you on her side!"

"I'm not! I'm just saying if you let someone kiss you, you probably like them!"

"I like riley!"

Right? Then people start to walk. In the middle of rehearsals Riley pulls me over.

"What."

"Meet me in studio-B when rehearsals is over" she says in a low tone.

"Fine." She walks over back to Emily. At least their now friends. After rehearsals I head down to studio-B. I sit down next to Riley. She gives me a E-girl glare. I didn't think she could look so cold. I smile back at her trying to lighten up the mode.

"What's up"

"Can we be friends?" She hissed.

"What."

"Every week I ask you a question. Can we be friends?"

"Um I don't know." I say unready to answer.

"James! Stop answering with I don't know and just answer the dumb question!!" She exploded.

"Ok fine!" I shout back. "No!" I walk out of studio-B. I said no because I didn't want to be friends, a want to be more then friends. Darn I said no again!

Riley's POV

D-did he just say no. I get up disappointedly and go home. As I walk through the door Emily crowds me.

"Yes or no!"

"Could you get a life." I sorta snap. She cringed. "Sorry" i mumble.

"He said no didn't he" she said.

"Yeah, but he said I don't know, again by the way, first."

"Then maybe he wants to be more then friends" she smiles.

"I don't think so Em. I'm going to get some rest" I walk to my room. Now what am I going to ask him next week? I can't just walk up and say, hey James why are you such a jerk?
