Chapter 2

When we officially started our way to the new house. The landscape was a lot different from Maine, it was peaceful in Maine. I'm excited though to see everything California has to offer. My mom said we were almost at our new house. I was very anxious to see our house.

We pulled up to this good sized house I asked my mom if this was the house she nodded. I ran to the house going to open the door when I relized the door was locked I had to run back to my mom in the car still to get the keys. I grabbed the keys and opened the front door. The house was beautiful inside. I walked around and found a room that I really liked. My mom was following me around the house to see if I liked it. I asked her if this was my room she said "It is if you want it to be." We had four bedrooms in our new house. My room had a bathroom and two windows. One of my windows faced the beautiful landscape, and my other one faced my neighbors house.

I decided to get my stuff from our rental car and put it in my room. The movers arrived a few hours before us and they put my bed together. After my room was mostly done I decided to FaceTime one of my friend to show her a house tour. I was talking to her when my mom said she needed help was something, I hung up the phone and helped her. We had to move our couch since the movers just set it down in our living room. It was about 9:30 P.M when we finally got our house somewhat functional. I decided to go to bed, I was woken up by my alarm. It was 7:00 A.M when I woke up, so I decided to go on a run.

After my run I decided to make brownies so I could give them to the neighbors. It took an hour to make the brownies. After making them I went up stairs and took a shower. Then I got dressed and put makeup on.

I went downstairs and headed over to my neighbors house. I rang the doorbell and no one answered so I decided to ring it again. I could hear people yelling in the house debating on who should answer it.
