The Big Surprise

SHAWNS P.O.V:

"Damn, there's nothing on the radio." I said as I look over and Lynn has her head against the window and is about to pass out

"Wait! Go back! Go back! I love that song!" Lynn said jumping up

"Ok ok, jeez"

RAELYNNS P.O.V:

Just as I was about to fall asleep I hear She looks so perfect by 5 Seconds Of Summer come on the radio.

"5SOS isn't too bad." Shawn said after hearing me singing along to the song

"Yeah. I'd love to meet them some day too! Man that would be such a dream come true. I'd just love to meet all of my idols someday, that'd be awesome!" I said with a big smile on my face that turned into a frown after I realized that they're one of the biggest bands right now

"Yeah, I understand. I'm sure you'll meet them sometime Lynn." He said while giving me a hug

"You really think so?"

"Yeah, Lynn you're an amazing person. Anyone would love to be you're friend. Anyone would love to just know you. I'm telling you, you'll get to meet them someday. I just know it. Shawn said still hugging me

"I'm glad you're my best friend Shawn. Thank you for always being here for me whenever I need you." I said giving him a kiss on the cheek

"You're welcome Lynn. You deserve more than you think. Don't ever say your not good enough, believe in yourself. Remember your worth it."

I couldn't help myself but just give him a big bear hug, nearly squeezing him to death. I love him so much. He's the most best friend I could ever ask for.

SHAWNS P.O.V:

"Ok, we're here." I say then look over and see RaeLynn's ears are covered up, listening to music. "RaeLynn." as I tapped on her shoulder a few times. "We're here."

"Oh my gosh Shawn, Six flags? Really!" She said as I looked over and saw a beautiful smile on her face.

"Yep"

"This is gonna be so much fun. What's first?" She asked as we got out of the car.

Uh, I was thinking we could ride the batman? I said with a smirk

"Yassss" she said as we both began to laugh

After we rode a few rides we went to grab something to eat. We sat down and started eating. I look over to RaeLynn and she had a sad look on her face.

"What's wrong Lynn?"

"Nothing. I'm fine." as she gave me a smile. I could definitely tell it was fake.

"Ohhh, c'mon something's wrong what is it? please tell me."

"I'm fine Shawn!"

"Apparently you aren't! Now please tell me what the hell is wrong"

She sat there silently, ignoring what I said. Then I noticed almost every minute she looked over at this boy sitting a few tables away from us. He was sitting with a girl. I could barely see his face, didn't know who he was. But I did notice the girl he was with.

"Oh my gosh! isn't that Camila Cabello?"

"Yeah." She said as I saw her face just drop

"It's him isn't it?" I said as I glanced over at him

"Yeah, but it's nothing. C'mon lets just go." she said

I could still tell that she was upset seeing him here. They seem to be having a good time. That probably got Lynn upset. She must have feelings for this guy.

"Okay." I said grabbing her hand.

As we walked past the guy and Camila I kissed her on the cheek hoping maybe it'll make him a little jealous and make Lynn feel better.

"Why'd you do that?"

"Just trying to help. I thought by doing that maybe that guy would get jealous and it'd make you feel better."

"Well thanks, but he doesn't really know me I think."

"What?"

"Can we please just not talk about it right now?"

"Okay fine. Tell me after Magcon?" I asked as I have her a warming hug.

"Yeah, I will." she said smiling

"There's that smile I've been waiting for!" I said opening the car door for her.

RAELYNNS P.O.V:

"Thank you Shawn." I said as we got out of the car.

"For what?"

"Taking me to Six Flags." I said while smiling and kissed him on the cheek.

SHAWNS P.O.V:

"Oh, yeah sure thing." As I blushed from the kiss.

Ok I'll admit I actually liked that kiss on the cheek. I know we're best friends and all but I've just had things make me think I love her. It's weird, I wonder if she feels the same.

"We're going to be best friends for ever, right?" She said interlocking her hands with mine and laying her head onto my shoulder, as were walking inside the hotel.

"Right." I said back trying to hold back my blushing.

Oh no. This can not be happening. I definitely like her more than a friend and she just wants to still be friends? This is kind of starting to break my heart. I have strong feelings for Lynn and she just only wants to be friends?! I guess I'll just have to hide my feelings for her, since that's what she wants.
