Water & Waves
A wave is like a whistle,
A crash against the sea,
It moves around when night falls,
As far as the eye can see.
As the water hits the rocks,
It makes a crash and boom,
And when the light shines through the cracks,
It’s as calm as me and you.
Some people may not know,
About the things they see,
Cause underwater, things are found,
That are beyond you and me.
A blur in my reflection,
A ripple in the sea,
The unclear picture of the moon,
And of the scenery.
The silence that surronds you,
Quite scary it can be,
To look out all around you,
And not know what to see.
Some like to back away,
From what it can create,
The devastation that can stay,
Can make you want to hate
Life is always changing,
It never stays the same,
Slipping right through our fingers,
Never to be seen again.
