How long she's been dead for: 6 years

Her life before she died: Grace was popular. She went to a private boarding school, but only by scholarship. She lived with her older brother, who was trying to sustain the both of them. Grace was happy in her life, no matter what happened. She was a bubbly, energetic girl in her senior year, supposed to graduate as a valedictorian. She met a mysterious boy whom she fell in love with. 

How she died: Grace was walking down an alleyway, going to meet her best friend Lillian at A&W. She was swarmed by a gang of six boys, including her mysterious boyfriend. They demanded information on her brother's secret network and his contacts and his supplies. But she knew nothing of what they were talking about. When she refused to talk, one bullet was shot: and hit her square in the heart.
