veronica was in the fight room full of punching bags, dumbbells and other equipment. the fight room was mainly for practicing fighting, dodging and all that fun stuff. veronica was wearing a white tank top with black athletic shorts and a purple boxing robe over her, she also had red boxing gloves on. she was practicing her punches on a punching bag, she had her hair in a ponytail and was very determined.

"hey!" ethan said enthusiastically. veronica got startled so she punched him in the stomach on accident without much force.

"ow." ethan exclaimed clenching his hand on his stomach.

"sorry. girl reflexes." veronica apologized as she walked to the bench and started taking her gloves off.

"also, never startle a girl like that or that happens." veronica implied as she pointed her finger towards him in one motion.

"yeah, sorry i guess." ethan shrugs.

"you shouldn't be sorry, i did punch you in the guts. but you did kind of deserved it anyway." veronica said as she sets her gloves on the bench.

"why do you hate me so much?" ethan asked in confusion.

"i don't hate you, but you did spill coffee on me." veronica said sitting down and taking a drink of water from her water bottle.

"oh please, that was a long time ago." ethan said. "i've said sorry multiple times and even asked you to give me another chance." ethan exclaimed as veronica was taking off her robe and folding it in her arms.

"i guess you're right. as much as i really dislike coffee being spilled on me. i guess we could start over." veronica said as she held onto her bottle handle.

"cool, i'm ethan." ethan said smiling, putting his hand out for a handshake. veronica got up and looked at his hand then at ethan. there was a short pause then veronica finally reached for a handshake.

"i'm veronica." veronica said with a short smile.

"nice to meet you veronica." ethan said.

"but you can call me roni." veronica exclaimed smiling without showing her teeth, letting go of his hand.

"now if you'll excuse me, a girls gotta practice." veronica said raising her eyebrow with a smirk as she walked past him, hitting his shoulder. veronica looked back over her shoulder with a light grin as ethan laughed then grinned to himself then looked down at his feet.

"rise and shine sleepyheads!" cassie yelled as she bursted through the door.

"come on guys it's your final practice before you guys become official members!" cassie exclaimed walking up to their bunk beds.

"you get up, you get up.." cassie continued as she yanked off everyones blanket.

"you guys have 20 minutes to get ready so be fast!" cassie exclaimed then she went back out and shuts the door.

"ugh." veronica groaned as she rolled over.

"one more minute?" ethan groaned laying down on his stomach, turning his head away from the wall.
