First Day

Ava's POV
   Its Monday morning, the first day of school. Better known as the day i have been dreading the last two months of summer. I roll over to check the time on my phone. 6:30 AM, school starts at 8 am so I guess I'll just start getting ready. I get up pick out my outfit (pic of outfit above) and head to the bathroom to take a quick shower and brush my teeth. Once I'm out of my shower I blow dry my hair and apply a bit of makeup since i dont like putting on too much.

   Once I get ready I head downstairs and see my mom drinking coffee at the kitchen table "good morning Sweetie" she said " morning mom" i reply "excited for your first day of your senior year!!" my mom says happily, to which i groan and reply with an I guess. She laughed slightly and tells me everything is going to go fine. I then receive a text from my best friend, Sofia telling me she's outside waiting for me already since it already 7:20.

     Sofia picks me up early since we go pick up our friend brian before we drive to school. I say bye to my mom leaving. I get out and see sofia in her car honking repeatedly forcing me to jog to her car so she would stop.

      "Good Morning bestie" she said while i buckled in my seat "Not good morning" i say back causing her to giggle and ask whats up "Nothing just pissed we gotta go back to school" i say

"Its not that bad"
"Uummm yeah it is like literally half the classes we have are completely useless. Like when am i ever gonna need to know what x and y equal"
"Guess you're right" she replied "I know i am" i chuckled back

   After about 5 minutes later we arrive at brians house and he runs into the car and screams "Helloo ladies". Sofia, brian and I have been friends since 2nd grade so we are all really close. We also have other friends like kyle, Angela and Rhea but they walk to school so we meet up there.

    Once brian came in sofia just turned up the radio and we all began singing along to location by khalid.

    When we arrived school we checked our schedules to see if we have any classes together. Luckily sofia and i have most of our classes together and brian only has to with us. He groans because most of his classes hes probably gonna be a loner without sofia and i. And we just laugh at him "its no fair you two have all your classes together and i only have a few with u guys" he pouts, sofia and i look at eachother and say "life's not fair buddy" at the same time and laugh.

   Its now 7:45 so kyle, Angela and Rhea are just arriving. We say hey and check our schedules and the only person who has classes with brian is kyle so atleast he had him. The rest of the girls and i have all the same classes except for one which only sofia and i have together. We all laugh at the boys and talk until the bell rings for us to go to first period.
