Long time, no see.
Just wishing to be.
Home with her family.
Why can't they see?
She just wants to be alone and free.
The scars, the burns.
It all just turns.
The cuts, the bruises,
She refuses
The blood, the tears,
She's full of fears.
The pain, the hurt,
her thoughts, "This can't get worse."
They promise fame, that was just a game.
They promised money, they said, "that's funny."
If she tries to run, they'll use a gun.
Can't sleep at night, knowing they will fight.
Her thoughts, "It's done right?"
She screams and shouts,
but no one seems to hear her out.
When she cries for help,
All they hear is a yelp.
Her heart is burning, it's on fire,
maybe it's just the desire.
Her mom, her dad,
Does it have to be so bad?
OH WAIT!
She doesn't live there anymore,
You know back in the past.
She's in the present,
with her minds consent.
She's now making good life choices.
Helping people use their voices.
She's opening the doors,
for all the poor.
She having hopes and dreams,
of bigger things,
To show the world what she's become.
