We ate and drove home once I walked in Zach called me.

"Hey Scarlett" - Zach

"Yeah?"

"What happened between you and that man from before" - Zach

"Um well we were very young at the time and Jonah and i got kidnapped by him but we escaped."

"Oh ok" - Zach

Then I got a facetime call from Mom. I answered it

"BIRTH GIVER"

"Hi Scarlett How are you doing" - Mom

"Great actually"

All the boys looked at me including Jonah. They knew I was lying.

"So How's Corbyn?" - Mom

"Here you can talk to him"

I handed the phone over to Corbyn

"Hi Mrs Marais" - Corbyn

"HI Corbyn how are you?" - Mom

"I'm very happy" - Corbyn

"I'm glad your happy" - Mom (WTF did I just write for Corbyn and Mom's conversation there XD)

"So how are you Mrs Marais" - Corbyn

"I'm doing great except that Scarlett isn't home" - Mom

"Mom I think I might come home in a week for Thanksgiving"

"That's Great! Why don't you bring Corbyn Home?" - Mom

"Uh We'll see if Corbyn wants to go"

"I"d love to go except that I have to go home to my Family, Uhh maybe we could spend a few days with your family and a few with mine" - Corbyn

"We could do that"

"If you have to go to your Family then go you don't have to come we could meet another time" - Mom

"Well I could bring Scarlett to my family then both of us go to your Family" - Corbyn

"Oh that would be great!" - Mom

"Um Mom is Dad home?"

"No what's wrong?" - Mom

"Nothing I just miss him"

"I'll tell him when he get home from work" - Mom

"Ok"

Then in the background I saw Matthew.

"Mom call 911"

"What why?" - Mom

"Don't turn around"

"WHy not?" - Mom

"JUST DON"T"

"Scarlett you need to tell me what's up" - Mom

"Mom I need you to call 911 right now and say that somebody is outside the house"

"Why?" - Mom

"What's going on?" - Corbyn & Jonah

"Come look"

They saw Matthew in the background.

"I called them" - Mom

"What is he doing there?" - Jonah

"Who?" - Mom

"Just go up stair in your room and lock the door" - Jonah

"Why tell me" - Mom

"DO IT"

She ran up stairs and into her room and locked herself in.

"Now tell me" - Mom

"Matthew"

"What does he want?" - Mom

"He wants me"

Then we heard Police sirens and knocking on the door.

"Mom go downstairs and give them the phone"

"OK" - Mom

Then we were handed to the police.

"So explain what happened." - Police

"So I was just talking to my mum and then out the window I saw my Ex standing there with a shovel"

"Do you know why he was there?" - Police

"Well a few days ago I received a text from him saying that he wanted me back but I already have a boyfriend and I told he and he said then I'll steal you back and I didn't reply"

"So where are you right now?" - Police

"I'm in LA"

"Ok if anything else happens then call us" - Police

"Ok"

Then the phone was handed back to my Mom.

"Well I have to go you kids go do whatever you have to do" - Mom

"Ok Bye Mom"

"Bye" - Mom

I hung up and a tear rolled down my cheek. I quickly wiped it away and ran upstairs.
