[XIUMIN Fic] Alien Mine

{2} The Excitement Begins

"I CAME IN PEACE! Please don't neutralize me Earthling!"

The word 'Earthling' got Louise to lose her anger. "You... You're not human?"

Is he messing with me? Is he an actual alien... or maybe he's just lying and he's that damn panty thief? But...

The stars were lined-up maybe I was right all along...

Xiumin nodded, shaking a bit. He found it weird that he was actually frightened to this human. "I made a mistake while I was crossing the SUJU colony."

"H-hold on a sec..." Something about his look, that sincere, honest look made Louise's insides fangirl.

She took a deep breath to make herself calm but before she could talk to the man again someone came and talked before her.

"Told you, Lou. It's snowing in our kitchen, awesome right?" Taehyung entered the kitchen while grinning widely at Louise.

"Shut up and go away Taehyung! He's my boyfriend and we need some time alone so get the hell out of here!" Taehyung just grinned and offer some encouraging words about relationships and protection.

"What the hell do you know about relationships anyway? You never had a girlfriend!" The alien cousin of Louise left to watch 'Wonder Pets'.

Louise turned to the silent Alien (God, the thought made her feel tingles up and down her spine), who seemed more collected now, although her kitchen was still filled with snow.

Louise ignores the freezing temperature and instead smiled at the Alien.

The joy clearly showed on Louise's face. For all her boyish, sassy and rude attitude, Louise was at heart a total supernatural geek.

This fine specimen (very, very fine specimen) in front of her didn't really help to quiet down her passion, and so she spoke, excited about this. "Hi, I'm Louise, what's yours? I mean, what shall I call o great and gorgeous Alien?!"

Really, really excited.

The Alien blinked at her sudden outburst and answered, somewhat meekly. "My name is Xiumin, I am from the EXO Planet."

Songs and shouts of 'WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE'  began to rise in Louise inwardly. "It's nice to meet you. Would you do me the honor of allowing me to serve as your host and guide on Earth?"

Xiumin's expression turned from weirded-out to grateful. "Really? You would do this for me?" Then his expression turned concerned. "But I really don't want to trouble you..."

Inwardly, Louise rolled her eyes and tried her hardest to stifle the urge to say, "I have been waiting for you my entire life, of course I would have time for you!", and instead went for smoother way. "Nonsense! It would be an honor so if you have any questions, any questions at all, don't think twice about asking!"

Louise smiled happily at Xiumin. Excited at the prospect of serving the gorgeous alien.

Apparently, the first thing Xiumin wanted to know was the meaning of the word 'boyfriend'.

Later, Louise would vehemently deny that she fainted. It was the combination of having an absolutely abnormal cousin and the gorgeous alien's question that had caused her to momentarily lose conciousness she would say. But she did not faint.

Regardless of whether she really did or not, Louise returned to the land of conciousness with Taehyung playing the stupid doctor and waking her with his smelly socks. Taehyung got an elbow to his ehem for his troubles.
