I was just a little girl when my brother was Murdered! My parents said it wasn't my fault but i was the one that asked him to take me to the park.The fire broke out and he saved me but he ending up dying. I'm 16 now and it's been eight years since he has died. I'm pretty sure that the Flamethrower started the fire that killed him.
I didn't feel like get up today but I'm just too depressed.Today is the anniversary of his death and mom keeps trying to make me go to school. I told her I don't want to be crying in front of everybody because I'm already an outcast.Only kids I fit in with are the goth kids.
My mother said on my 17th birthday I have a note that my brother left me. Loki was a great big brother but it's time for school I guess.
"Hey Makayla"
"Hey Vlad" I replied
"I know why you're upset it's because of him," Vlad sighed. Tears start rolling down my eyes.
"Are you alright Maka?" Vlad gently asked.
"I'm not ok Vlad! Why would you think I would be ok after my brother's death?!" I barked. "Ok,Ok Maka I'll just leave you alone." So I just sat there silently with tears rolling down my rosy cheeks.We are almost at Mag Springs High School. We get off the bus and going to first period which is Math. "Morning everybody, and today's lesson will be about Decimals and Variables," Mr.Baker nagged.I was just listening to Nightwish's Sleeping Sun. Mr.Baker just kept nagging and 20 minutes later Mr.Baker told us, "Tonight for homework is page 234,questions 1-14". Now it's time for second period and my friend Emilia comes rushing behind me and she hops on my back.
"Hi best friend" she crowed. She has been my best friend since the accident with Loki(my brother). "Hey Emilia,Want to walk to class with me?" I asked.
"Sure Maka,Let's go!" She cheered.
"Class, How many chapters of Maximum Ride did you read?" Ms.Muñoz asked
"I read chapters 1-10 like you told us to." boasted Sheldon. Sheldon is the straight A student and he is such a nerd but he is adorable with those freckles.
"Did everyone read the chapters?" Ms.Muñoz informed
"Yes ma'am!" The class Blurted.
