A New Start

"Class today we will talk about the Revolutionary war and how we fought to gain independence to form our own country." She kept talking while I just listened to my music and the thing is my world sort of went downhill ever since Loki died and I just gave up on life.I already learned this stuff when I was little so why should I pay attention now.It's 3:30 pm and it's time to leave so I drive my 88 Mercedes back to my cabin.I got home and I try to find a good outfit to wear for my date tonight.I found this nice little blue blouse and a pair of denim jeans.So I changed and did my Algebra two homework."We're here Maka,What do you think?" Vlad gulped "This is perfect Vlad,I love it!" i chirped.We are at Lokis Palass and we walk in and he pulls my chair out so I can sit. " What would you guys like to drink?" the waitress beamed "We would like two sweet teas" Vlad bubbled.Me and Vlad kept talking and talking then we ate some sild (type of fish) and he drove me home.Before we got to the door Vlad mumbled "Maka? Is that makeup smear proof?" "What?" I asked.Then he came closer and he kissed me.He's blushing a lot and I just ran back into my house and fell to the floor.he drove off as fast as a hurricane. I can't believe he did that,he KISSED me right on the lips and I wasn't ready,he probably thought  I suck at kissing that's why he left so soon.

I just went to my room and went to sleep after this long day.Something's in my room but I can't see anything then suddenly something comes out of the wall.Someone kept saying Maka and it was freaking me out.I was about to scream but then the figure said "Maka,It's me can you not remember me?Little sister." "Loki? It can't be you." I stuttered "But it is me little sister you have to believe me and I have come to tell you something very important." He sternly said.

"So what is it you have to tell me?" I questioned "Makayla you are really a Norse god and your name isn't really Makayla either. Your  name is Mani and you're goddess of the moon.Odin sent us down here to protect the Earth from a great evil.Now since I can't come back as a human in its grown form.I would if I could but now it is your turn to protect this world.I had a strange feeling about that boy who dropped you off.I have a feeling he is part of the Jotnar family and he's dangerous because if he gets a hold of you he can stuck the life out of you and then you will just be a mortal or dead." Loki explained "Why wasn't I told sooner about this Loki?" I asked "Well that's why I left that note just in case I wasn't able to come back at all but now the time has come and you need to step up to more responsibility to protect this world." He answered "Will I get powers or what will happen to me?" I nervously questioned 

"Your powers will reawaken and you will have the power once again to use the moon's energy to protect this world from harm.You will also remember our native language which is Norwegian."

Loki informed me "Thank you for telling me this Loki." I thanked.I went back to sleep and tried to get this hero thing off my mind.The next day ... I really couldn't sleep last night because of all the things Loki told me but it could have just been a dream.I just ate breakfast and drove to school but the wierd thing is I saw this bully beating up this freshman and I yelled " Ved månens kraft ber jeg deg om å stoppe!" Then the senior just put him down and ran away.I don't know what I just said but I feel like I have said it before. "I told you you're going to start talking like that." Loki muttered "Loki,What did I just say?" I asked nervously "You said By the power of the moon I command you to stop and since you're a goddess he stopped immediately because he didn't want to anger a goddess because he knew he would get punished." Loki answered "Ok thank you Loki I hope this is real" I chirped "Oh believe me this is real little sister." He answered before he vanished into the darkness.The day just went by so fast and I couldn't focus in class because of this whole hero thing.I don't think i'm ready for this and I can't be a hero my life is too busy already but with power comes more responsibility and I must protect this world.After school I had this weird feeling and suddenly I shouted "Jeg,Mani har a beskytte denne verden fra Jotnar!" (I,Mani,has to protect this world from Jotnar)But this time I understood what I just said so I must have truly awaken.
