-chapter 1- finn

2016-  16th of July.
"Mills! Wait up!"
I had just finished filming a scene for season 1 and Millie was filming a scene too. She had to film a more difficult scene though, one where she had to scream and get lifted into the air multiple times. I couldn't handle that

I look down at her and realise that she was crying.
"Millie? What's wrong? Are you hurt?"
She looked extremely pale and her eyes were all puffy from crying.
"I can't handle it anymore, finn. The directors, the lighting people, everyone! They expect so much from me but I can't give it to them."
She hides her face into her hands and starts crying even more. I feel so sorry for her.
"Millie.." I place my hand on her shoulder. "Looks at me." She lifts her eyes up at looks right at me.
"You're incredible and strong no matter what. Don't let them bring you down, and don't you dare let them upset you!"
She doesn't say anything.
"I god, shit. I'm sorry. Was that like really cringey or something?" I say giving her a worried look.
"You're amazing, Finn Wolfard."
She pulls me into a hug.
"Oh. So you liked the inspirational speech?"
I say starting to laugh.
"Of course I did you idiot. You never fail to make me feel so like.. good about myself."
She smiles. She's so pretty when she smiles.
"Hey. I'm not an idiot.." I frown.
"I mean sometimes you are. Like a really big idiot."
She starts laughing. I mean, I couldn't help but laugh along with her.
"Hey, I'm the one who just made you no longer DEPRESSED so shut up."
I put my arm around her and pull her close to me.. (in a friend way we are innocent).
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever."
She rolls her eyes and looks away from me.

"Ok well. I gotta go back to mum but FaceTime me tonight?"
I say whilst walking backwards so I can still face her.
"Yeah sure. See you tomorrow and on FaceTime.." she laughs.
"That really wasn't that funny!" I yell out to her.
"SHUT UP YOU IDIOT. I CAN LAUGH IF I WANT TOO." She yells back. Trust.
"Chill out, Brown. Was only joking!"
I yell out, cupping my hands over my mouth so I can be louder.
She sticks her finger up at me then walks away.
I expected it.

She such a fun and crazy person to be around and I need a lot of that in my life.

2018- 14th of November
The filming of season 1 was the greatest time of my life. Because I met Millie.. and I got to form one of the greatest friendships I've ever had WITH her.

And here I am, 2 years later, wondering if Millie ever felt the way I did about our friendship.
Did Millie even realise I was in love with her?
Maybe she did, and that's why she barely talks to me. Maybe I fucking scared her off.
I'd do anything do get our friendship back.
All I want is for her to be happy. If she's happy with that new boy, that's ok. As long as she's truly and utterly happy.
Because that is ALL I want for Millie Bobby Brown.
Happiness.
