Ken came and sat by me. This drew a lot of attention to me. As soon as the platinums saw this I knew this year was going to be long. My mom always said " they are probably just jealous" but we all knew this wasn't true they just had a strong hatred towards anyone that wasn't like them.

Friday I made plans to go to Laura's house because my parents were going out of town and she was going to take me to soccer practice. At soccer we saw Naomi and Emily. Even though they were on a lower team then us they still acted like they were the best player in the academy. Laura and I bumped into them at water break. She ran up to them as if she was one of their best friends but you could tell by the look on Naomi's face that the platinums didn't like her. I just stood there looking awkward not knowing what to say.

When Laura and I got back to her house from soccer we saw her neighbors playing street hockey. We decided to go out and ask to play. When I got out there i froze in shock mad that Laura didn't tell me her neighbors were Ken and Nick. They said "Of course" when we asked to play. I thought they recognized me giving I went to school with them since Elementary School. That thought faded as soon as Nick tapped on my shoulder and asked " What is your name?". I stood there for a moment thinking about all the classes we have had together but yet I was still invisible. I told Laura I felt sick and went inside but really I just felt sad knowing I was invisible.

The next few weeks at school I felt really down but I knew it wasn't visible to most people. I decided I should try a new look and wear cuter clothes to school but it didn't really work out. The next day when I got to school a rumor was going around that we were having schedule changes. Well apparently I guess it wasn't much of a rumor because I got taken out of the classes with my only friend Sarah. They moved me into Mr. Garret's Third period class which happened to be my lunch class.

I walked into the classroom which was decorated green. Many new faces looked at me. I felt as if 68 eye balls burned holes through my skin as they checked me out head to toe. There was a awkward silence and I was still standing at the classroom door. Mr. Garret told me to sit in the front by Autumn. Twenty minutes into class the lunch bell rang and we all went into the cafeteria. We had to sit close to our class so I just followed Autumn around. She sat at a table with two other girls named Virginia and Perry. Virginia, a short brown haired girl was extremely annoying and only cared about tennis and Perry just ate all day every day.

It was inapt at lunch because we were the first class there so we got the stare downs from every class as they walked by. To no surprise Naomi's group all got in the same class. I knew that would never really happen unless they had there parents get them into those. I just sat there muttering "did daddy pay for that too?"
