i called her name as i tried to wake her up. i looked at her peaceful face and brushed aside the hairs that sat upon it . i curled up right next to her and held her. your soft breaths where the only thing i focused on. when it was time to get up you rolled over to my chest and i felt like the luckiest man in the world. half asleep you clung to me and nuzzled yourself in my neck.
