Kyla
Chasity has been acting really weird today & I didn't know if it had anything to do with Daniel or Devon but I planned on finding out . After lunch we went to the rest of classes & luckily we have all our classes together. I sat next to chasity and grabbed my notebook out of my book bag and started to listen to my teacher talk about the assignment he was giving us . I turned towards Chas & she was all in her phone not even paying attention like she usually did ,So I got her attention .
"Chas" I whispered
"Huh" she said
" what's going on with you ? You been so zoned out since class started" I said
"Nothing I'm fine , what time were you picking me up for the party tonight" she asked
"You sure? & around 9:30" I told her
"Yea, I promise I'm fine and okay" she said & went back to looking at her phone
I just shook my head and brushed whatever what was going on off , if something was wrong she would tell me , right ? Yea I'm her best friend we don't keep secrets.

The bell rang & I was so happy because I just wasn't feeling it today & I kinda didn't wanna go to that party tonight either but I already told Kyla I would go so that was done with. I started walking to my locker & as I was walking I got a phone call from Daniel which I haven't heard from since he sent that message. I thought about answering but I didn't I decided I didn't wanna keep being with him I was so over it . I ignored the phone call & continued walking to my locker. When I got to my locker I grabbed my stuff & start walking outside towards the bus stop . I waited a good 10 minuets until it finally arrived. I got on & just chilled until I pulled up to the bus stop by my apartment.
When I got off the bus and started walking to my house I saw a familiar car , the car was too familiar. I looked through the window a little and saw freaking Daniel, I instantly took off running making my way into the small apartment complex trying to to get my keys so I can make it in the house . It was just my luck I couldn't find my key fast enough before he caught up to me, he grabbed me by my hair and started punching me and asking me why I haven't been answering his phone calls or texts . I told him I didn't wanna be with him anymore with blood dripping down my mouth & tears coming out my eyes . He stared at me for a second before bursting out laughing, I looked at this nigga like he was crazier than he actually was already & tried to get out his hold . I told him I left my key at school & couldn't open the door so he needed to leave surprisingly he let me go & started to leave as he walked down the stairs he looked back at me & told me he wasn't finished with me & laughed I just sat on the floor crying wiping blood with my jacket from my mouth. I just didn't know what to do anymore.
I finally went through my purse & found my keys. I unlocked the door & headed straight to my room , I thought my face was bad but it was just a busted lip . I dabbed it with some water & put peroxide on it to clean it out . I then walked in my room to find something to wear for tonight, even though I just got my ass beat it wasn't going to stop me from having a nice night . I looked in my closet & grabbed these black pants that has slits on the side & a black crop hoodie with a black bralette & some pink heels I sat them on my bed & got my stuff out to take a shower . After I got out the shower I put some lotion on and sprayed some perfume then threw my clothes on . I texted Ky to see where she was & she told me she was pulling up so I grabbed my keys and went outside and sat on the steps .
Kyla pulled up and ran out the car I looked at her like she was crazy she told me she had to pee so I threw her the key and continued to sit down .When she came back outside she looked at me and started gassing me up
