Hayes Grier- Is this for real?

Chapter 6

Hayes hugged me tight and I forced my self to inhale and exhale deeply. I had to change out of my gown into my cute clothes cause we were going out to dinner but I didn't want to kick him out of my room... I didn't want to be shy and go into the bathroom either so I took the gown off. It revealed a hot pink bra and "fashionable" hello kitty underwear from like 2 years ago. Crap. I forgot I put those on this morning. Hayes tried to act casual but unconsciously looked up and gave me his signature slanted smile.

His bright blue eyes seemed to pierce through me. I threw my dress on quickly, still embarrassed that Hayes had to see the undies.

He walked me out and smiled and waved to all the nurses ( he knew them from coming here so much for me and his granny.) He seemed like he owned the place. I felt like his queen walking through the big glass doors.

He took me to fildo's black tie diner and we sat at an extroidinary booth. It all felt perfect. It was the best night ever until some stupid bleach blonde girl had to scream on the top of her lungs, "HAYES GRIER IS IN THIS BOOTH!!!" He blushed and tried to shoo the girls away. They took pictures and some asked for autographs and vines with him in it. I couldn't control myself and had to run to the bathroom to think.

I eventually got out and he was waiting for me at the booth. We talked about how girls crawling all over him frustrated me and he talked about how I would need to live with it even though he hated it too. I understood and we laughed and talked until the end of the night. I'm so glad we have a relationship like that. His mom came in her shiny new car and took me back to the hospital. Hayes gave me a kiss good bye and his mom rolled up the window and they drove away. He was so perfect.

That night I received a call from a random number. I answered out of curiousity. It was a blurred out voice but you could hear what they were trying to say loud and clear- "Stay away from Hayes or else..."
