Cameron looked at me furiously then turned around walking away, i turned and looked at Jacob with sad eyes
"Are you okay Lil?" he asked softly
"Yeah im fine how are you feeling?" i asked sitting next to my brother
"In pain but you still didn't answer my question Lil..... Where is mom?" he asked softly
I felt a huge lump in my throat
"S..She didn't make it" I whispered with tears in my eyes, his eyes started to water. "I..Its all my fault" he croaked out
"What?! Dont be silly its not your fault Jacob" I cried
"Who was the driver that hit us?" he asked upset
"It was D..Dad..." i said while looking at my feet
Jacob turned pale, he looked at me while tears were streaming down his cheeks slowly
It broke my heart seeing him like this

Buzz Buzz
I felt my phone vibrate, i got a text
Ethan: Lilly where are you?! Me and Gray just saw Cameron storm into school extremely angry?! Are you okay
Awww he cares...Wait what am i saying
Me: Im at the hospital.... My brother woke up
Ethan: Wow that's great, did you tell him about your mom?...
Me: Yeah... Can I ask you a favour😅
Ethan: Yeah anything
Me: Can you come pick us up, Cameron was our ride...
Ethan: on my way💕

He sent a heart!!!! No calm down maby he was just being friendly

"Okay Jacob I'll be right back im going to go sign you out and then we can go home" i told him, while holding his hand. "Allright" he said with no emotion

I signed Jacob out and we made our way to the main hall when I spotted Ethan and Grayson walking in
"Over here!" i yelled waving them towards us
"Who are they?" Jacob asked confused
Eth and Gray ran up to Jacob and gave him a hug
"Ummmm am i missing something?" Jacob asked confused
"Well these are my friends that helped me while you were in a coma and came to visit you sometimes with me" i said while playing with my fingers awkwardly
"Ooo so its them that i heard talking to you sometimes" Jacob said thinking "What did you hear exactly?" i asked nervously hoping he didn't hear the whole Bully fight
"Something about..." Jacob's face turned red with anger, he walked up to me and lifted up my shirt revealing my almost healed bruises
"Something about YOU guys calling her a slut and hitting her?!" He yelled at them angrily
They looked down ashamed
"Jacob its fine" i whispered
"NO ITS NOT LILLY!" he snapped at me
"YES IT IS! Dad came to our house and tried to kill me, if it wasn't for them i would've been dead" i spoke loudly
His face softened he ran to me giving me a huge hug
"I love you Lilly" he whispered
I caressed his head and whispered "I love you more" back

Ethan's P.O.V

We all walked back to our car, Lilly and climbed into the back seat, Jacob hesitated before climbing in aswell. You could see Jacob was very upset about his mother.... I mean i would be too
The car ride was silent Lilly just quietly sang the Lyrics of Honest by the chainsmokers
We arrived at their house.
"You guys are welcome to come in" Lilly smiled at us
"Are you sure?" Grayson asked unsure
"Yeah dudes come on" Jacob signalled us towards them.
We all entered their house
"I'll be right back guys" Lilly said before running upstairs
"She's different..." Jacob whispered
"What do you mean?" Grayson and I asked at the same time
"I mean she's empty, broke and lost. She isn't that cheerful girl anymore" he whispered again
"Well she's been through alot in these past weeks" I said sadly
"You guys have an effect on her, Her eyes sparkle when she sees you Ethan.... When you talk she smiles but hides it quickly before you notice." he said walking up to me looking me in the eyes
"I've seen it too" Grayson smiles looking at me
Does this mean she likes me??
"Go fix her broken heart Ethan" Jacob  smiled at me. Here goes nothing

Lilly's P.O.V

I was busy putting on my sweatshirt when i heard a knock on my door
"Come in" i said blankly, the door opened slowly and Ethan came in
My heart started beating faster
He smiled before walking to me, he placed his hands on my waist and put his forehead on mine
"W...What are y..You doing?" i stuttered nervously
"Lilly...... I like you... Im sorry for everything, when i see you my heart beats uncontrollably, your smile lights up my whole world." he said not breaking eye contact
"I....I like you too" i blushed looking down, he lifted my head with his thumb, looking me in the eyes
"Then let me spoil you, I'll treat you like the princess you are... And I'll never stop.....Loving you." he whispered the last part. My heart just melted. I attacked him with a hug and whispered "I love you"
