"Fine then" Said the mercenary.
"Go on, do what you want. But if it hurts I'll make you pay the consequences." He finally said.
Kagome sighed in relief.
"I thought this would take longer" She thought to herself.
"Don't worry, this will not hurt you. I promise" She said kindly.
Slowly taking his right arm kindly.
"Argh!" The mercenary almost screamed in pain.
He opened his Blue eyes once more.
"Ouch! That hurt! Watch it girl!"
"I'm sorry."
"Okay, let's try again." She thought to herself.
Bankotsu closed his eyes and turned his head to the ground as if that would make him feel the pain less.
She tried again. Taking his muscular arm even kindlier than the first time.
"Argh" He gasped in pain once more, but this time he could handle it.
His eyes were still closed and his mouth completely opened. Completely showing his teeth and how they were clenching against each other.
"This will be even harder than I had thought. Your wounds are way too deep and you've already lost too much blood."
"Stop talking and keep on moving!" He said.
"Damn it! I cannot hold the pain any longer!"
"Okay, Okay, I'm sorry. I'll try to do this fast." She said.
"Gosh! I've been trying to help him this entire time, and I receive nothing but getting scolded." She thought.
She put on some painkiller cream in his arm and then put on some bandages around it.
Once she was done she stopped and thought for an instant. The mercenary still in the same position. He once again opened his eyes and raised his head up a little.
"What's stopping ya?"
"Bankotsu, I'm sorry. This might sound a bit strange but, I cannot continue if you do not take your upper part of your kimono and your armor off."
"What makes you think I will?" He said.
"Well, I'm sorry. It isn't my intention to watch your upper part of your body without clothes, I can assure you that. But if you do not take your armor off then I won't be able to keep on heeling you." She finally said.
"Ugh. You are so annoying, did you know that?" He said.
"Why doesn't that surprise me?" Said the miko.
Those words made her remember Inuyasha and the times they always argued.
*Flashback*
"Do not even think about bringing that up Kagome!"
"Inuyasha, You really are a jerk!.. I still can't understand why I even care about you!"
"Well, it would be better for me for you not to do so…! At least I would be able to be with kikyo all the time I wanted to, without having to worry about all your jealousiness!
"You stupid dog!... how dare you even say something like that!"
"At least Kikyo wasn't jealous and she would let me do whatever I wanted to, for me without having to worry about her feelings!!"
"Inuyasha…!! You're such a jerk!!... you stupid dog… how cruel can you be?!!... ugh! You know what..? You're right, I don't care anymore!... jerk… I hate you!!"
