Hope After All....

The Reunion.

It was a cold December night, and 22 year old Nicole McCarthy was on her way to an abandoned house in the middle of the woods to rehearse with her band; Hopeless. She turned onto the forgottened path and spotted her band's leader's 2006 Chevy dodge parked in the driveway of the disastrous looking mansion. She parked her 2009 Chevy truck alongside the Dogde and proceeded to walk inside the mansion. When she arrived inside it was completely pitch black. She took a few steps inside but quickly decided to call for Nate, the band's leader, after almost falling on a rotten board. Hey Nate!! Nicole called. After no response, she called out again. Where are you Nate?? She walked in further until she saw light. Good I found them!! Nicole thought as she walked towards the light. After she walked up to the door, she gently pushed it open and her eyes widened in shock. On the floor was her band's guitarist Robert, completely passed out.

Standing above him was Nate and their bassist Jordan and their drummer Alexa all looking terrified.But she couldn't blame them. In front of them there was a line of terrifying line of monsters or beings . There was a little girl that looked no older than 7 or 8, with a pink bloodstained nightgown with a stream of blood dripping from her forehead. Next to her were three teenagers, the first two wearing masks, the first one had a white mask that look very feminine and was wearing a beige looking jacket. The second one looked like a robot, his mask was complelty black with red glowing eyes and a glowing red mouth and was wearing a yellow hoodie. The last one was wearing a black hoodie and had a blue mask with black eyes that looked like their were crying some kind of black liquid. The next two next to them was a,boy that looked like Link from The Legend of Zelda except his eyes were red and he was glitching. The one next to him were wearing goggles and a bandana looking thing was covering his mouth and kept twitching with two bloody hatchets in his hands. The leader of the group had no face and had long tentacles protruding out of his back. The one next to him looked like a monochrome clown, with a sharp cone-shaped nose and razor sharp claws. And finally on the end was a woman and a man. The woman had
jet black hair that was curly and was wearing a black dress with black heels and black leather jacket with a white mask that had black eyes and black lips with a bloody knife in her pale hand. And the man was the scariest to her out of them all. He had burnt black hair, leathery white skin, no eyelids, and the scariest part of a all, A carved smile that reach from ear to ear. He also had a blood-stained hoodie, black skinny jeans and black combat boots. He twiddle a huge bloody butcher knife in his hand.

Nicole walked up slowly next to Nate, Jacob, and Alex and gently grasped Nate's arm. The monster with no face then asked, Who are you?? And what are you doing here?? Nate step forward a little and then answered my band and I came here to rehearse our songs. We didn't know anybody lived here. We're sorry for trespassing and we will leave immediately. The monster's blank face looked like it was frowning and then it suddenly asked, Who's that girl? The monster folded his arms and pointed a tentacle at Nicole. All eyes turned to her as she stepped forward and stood tall. My name is Nicole, Nicole McCarthy. she said with a small smile. A big bang was heard across the room and all eyes suddenly turned to the man with a carved smile who dropped his huge bloodstained butcher knife. The man's lidless eyes widened and he started to walk closer to Nicole until he was standing right in front of her. Nicole looked up at the man who was towering directly over her. The room went completely silent as the man and woman looked at each other. Then suddenly the man spoke, Nikki? Nicole's eyes widened as she remembered only one person who could possibly call her that.... Jeff??
