For William Cipher, life wasn't easy, he was tricked by Stanford Gleeful into a deal, a deal that cost him many things, like his freedom, his magic, even his all seeing eye, Stanford wasn't cruel in the beginning, and that give Will something to think in the sleepless night in his tiny dark and cold room in the mansion.
he remember the days when he wasn't afraid of Stanford, when he consider Stanford a friend, was everything fake?, Will ask himself at night, looking at the glowing blue shackles on his wrists, before slowly touching the eye patch, with a heavy sigh, his body still tremble remember the day he lost his all seeing eye, the reason he was so afraid of Stanford, but who wouldn't be afraid if your supposed friend strap you onto a table and without hesitation neither remorse, or anesthetic remove your eye, all while you cry and beg for him to stop, after that everyone would be afraid.
Even after all the amount of chores William have in the mansion, like laundry, cooking, cleaning, he still have to help Stanford in the basement Lab, sometimes are minor operations or experiments, and sometimes like today, test the portal, Will didn't wanted to, it was dangerous for him, for Stanford and for the world, but like Stanford said to him earlier when Will expressed his concerns about the security of the world, "a slave do whatever is asked of him, and keep his thoughts to himself", so there he was standing in front of a soft glowing white portal about to step into who knows what dimension, if he was lucky and the calculations where correct, if not, well at least he wouldn't have to cook tonight.
With a heavy sigh and one last glance towards Stanford, asking him silently to change his mind, which didn't work, Will gulped nervous, closing his eye, while stepping into the portal.
At the other side of the portal a young Stanford Pines was working in all the calculations to finally open the portal, it was 5am, and his eyes grew heavier and heavier with each passing minute, he stood, stretch and pick his mug of coffee sipping it while looking at the portal that now have a faint glow, he turn around before spit his coffee and turn around again, the portal was working!, on his own!, this could be really good or really bad, Ford think while controlling the machine, minutes passed and the portal grew brighter until it was painful to look at it, a sudden flash of light blind him for a few minutes, in those minutes a soft thud following by a quiet yell of pain was heard, when Ford's eyes recovered, a man with blue hair and blue and white clothes was laying in front of the portal.
He approach the unconscious man cautiously. "Hello?" The only answer he got was a soft whimper, deciding that the man wasn't dangerous Ford pick him and carry him to his room, laying him down on the bed before sat on a chair besides and wait for him to wake up.
After half hour Will groan softly opening his eye looking around, he gasp when his blue eye fall on his sleeping master, Will gulped nervous before hugs his knees tightly to his chest whimpering scared, it was never good when Stanford was waiting for him to wake up.
The whimpering awake Ford who moving his glasses glanced at the man on the bed "hello, who are you, and from where you come from?" Ford ask holding his journal and a pencil
Will glanced at him "M-master what a-are you talking a-about?" He ask softly before add "I-i'm sorry the p-portal didn't w-work, p-please don't be m-mad at me, m-master"
And that's how the best week in Will's life start. The first three days were difficult, if Ford stood, Will whimpered softly believing that he was mad, Ford did his best to help Will be calm, but it was difficult when you looked exactly like the one who hurt him so much.
Walks through the forest, hours outside enjoying the sun, the moon, the stars, the wind, Will feel in Paradise, no chores, no that he didn't helped around, but not one would hurt him if he didn't help, eating whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted ,and without asking for permission, it was a dream come true for the blue dream demon.
Years have passed since that week, a memory that Will, will always treasure in his heart, whenever life with the Gleeful become too much for him, he close his eyes and remember those few days in which he had freedom, that give him force to continue, until the deal break and he could be finally free.
