Andy's POV
I closed the closet door and I heard another open. My long ass legs didn't let me close it The Whole way, so I could see a little bit. A man with a bottle of beer in his hand walked in. He wasn't drunk yet but I could tell he was getting there. "At least you stayed in that spot ya fag" he said. Well, that was a bit uncalled for.
He then got kicked in his stomach and he fell to the ground. He got kick in the face and his body over and over again. He smashed the beer bottle on his head. "NO LEAVE HIM ALONE YOU ASS" I yelled and Quickly covered my mouth. Ashley looked at me with fear, I don't know if it was because he was scared of his dad or for my life. "Who the hell is that" the father yelled.

Ashley's POV
"NO LEAVE HIM ALONE YOU ASS" I heard Andy yell. I was terrified for him, my father was going to beat him up too. "Who the hell is that?" My father said "No don't do anything to him" I tried keeping him away from him but failed. He threw open the door, revealing Andy
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY HOUSE" Father yelled and grabbed him arms and threw him out of the closet. "Dad leave him alone he didn't do anything" I said, trying to hold him back but it resulted in me getting hit in the head. "ANOTHER FUCKING FAGGOT? WHAT DID YOU DO? FUCK HIM" my father yelled and Andy escaped his grip.
"There's nothing wrong with gays you close minded ass waffle" he said and I couldn't help but smile. 'Ass Waffle' My father grabbed a piece of glass from the beer bottle he smashed on me and cut Him on his face. "FAGS DESERVE TO HURT" he yelled.
He threw us both on the ground and beat us up until walking out of the room. I sat up even though it hurt like a bitch. "andy you should've just stayed in the closet." I said, looking at him. He sat up as well and looked at me "I still feel bad" he said "I beat you up at school even though I never wanted to. And added a extra layer of abuse on you by hurting you even though you get hurt at home. I needed to protect you and that was the only way I could". I started tearing up until he pulled me into a hug.
He let me go and looked at me. "Pack some shit" he smiled "you can move In with me"
