So as they come up to the huge school building they find students all around, many familiar faces from last year.
"Hey, Ash, mind if I go over with them?" Alyssa point to a group of girls standing at the doors waving to her.
"Yeah, sure, you don't need to ask me, Alyssa." Before she ran off, the Twins gave each other a big hug.
Now Ashley is at the gates of the school, not having anyone to talk to. She heads towards the sports fields, but instead of playing with the other players she headed past them to an empty field far past school grounds. The field had bright green grass and the sun's beams flooding it, along with the bright sky and a few white clouds, floating on the winds.
She grabs her bag and sets it on the grass, and pulls out her camera case and grabs the camera. Ashley looks around at the field, full of springing small flowers, and the trees surrounding it. A flock of birds flew over the field, and that's when she captured the world she saw.
After I got a few good shots I headed back to the school for my first class, Math. As I walk I see Tyler sitting near the back of the class with an empty seat beside him.
"Hey Ash, I've saved a seat for you!" He waves as I come into the classroom, and walks towards his direction.
"Thanks, Tyler. You didn't have to." I put my bag on the back of the chair, then I sit down. As I face towards Tyler he turns towards me as well.
"Did you not want me to save you a seat?" I feel a bit of disappointment in his voice.
"No, no I never said that, Tyler!"
"I hope you don't mind sitting beside me, because.. I.. I like to sit beside you." As I hear that my heart swells up a bit. We share looks for a while. Staring into his eyes is like looking into space, the sparkles, the never-ending color. We broke the stare as a kid, I never seen before, walks into the class.
"Hey, Tyler is he new? I've never seen him before." I ask Tyler as he looks up at the boy.
"I don't think I have seen him before. So yea, I'm guessing his new." Tyler looks at me with a loving yet worried look. I look at the boy as he walks towards the seat beside me, opposite of Tyler.
I can't see his face, nor hair because his hood was up. The hoodie was black with white accents, blue-grayish jeans, and black sneakers. He also wore a dark blueish purple ring with a design, but I couldn't tell what it was.
As I go to speak to him Tyler pulls me back with a harsh pull on my shoulder.
"Really Tyler!" I ask him with an angered voice."I'm just trying to talk.. uh.." I look at Tyler, his eyes are full of worry and doubt.
"I.. I'm sorry Ash I just... um.. he just..." He tries to find his words but his words are scrambled
"I'm sor-" I'm cut off by Tyler's sudden interruption.
"No, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have pulled you back." He pulls me in close and whispers into my ear.
"I just get mixed feelings about him." Tyler sits back into his seat and so do I.
The teacher, Miss.Rupp gets up from her desk from the corner of the room and invites the new kid, Christopher Key, up to the front of the room."Everyone. This is Christopher, his new to the school to make sure he feels comfortable here and help him out when you can." Miss.Rupp says with her hand on his shoulder.
Rupp quietly speaks to Christopher after she spoke.
"Can you put your hood down, hun. It's school rules." Christopher pulls down his hood and heads back to his seat.
I get a glimpse of his face, and we share glances looking into each other's eyes. His eyes are like mine, both a different color. One was dark brown and the other a lighter green. He looked into my eyes and his expression immediately changed, it's like he never seen someone else with two different eye colors like him. He sits down at the desk beside me. Then I feel a poke on my back, and I turn around expecting to see Tyler's face.
