I've been moping and avoiding Kayle like he had the plague for a week. After the bus ride home on Friday I was by myself when I heard a knock on the window. Okaaaay I don't need another creeper one is enough. Walking to the window I saw nothing. We had new neighbors with little kids and I'd been telling myself that it was just them being brats but everything in me knew it wasn't. Laying in my mom's bed I started thinking about my dreams. Lately they've involved my old principle,who had a twin, and Batman sometimes Robin was there. But the oddest part was the questions that got got asked like which is which and how did this come to be or why choose when you're meant for both. Nothing in her dreams made sense but they seemed to be saying something, but she was to wore out to put two and two together.
I woke up to the front door slamming closed. 'When the hell did I fall asleep?' It didn't matter she'll clean tomorrow. "Care to tell me why you've been sleeping in my room lately ?" "It's so roomy I can't help it." Was all I could say and I rolled over and back just to prove my point. " I just got done talking to Kayle's parents." She said it like it was just something that happened everyday. I couldn't hide the shock and awe. "What did they say?" She looked like she was hiding something. 'Oh shit the school! What if they heard something about Kayle being in the girl's bathroom. And if the teacher said something about her being gone for 15 to 20 minutes then the principal knows. Sighing her mom looked at her. " They want us to come over and have dinner with them and some other family they wanted me to know that they're family was big and 'welcoming' and wanted to meet." "When and where?" "Tomorrow at their place which they said wasn't too far." And it wasn't but knowing her mom the way she does I'm pretty sure she said no. "So what did you say?" "At first I thought about sayin no but then thought what the hell might as well meet the people who was taking all your time." She laughed and went to the kitchen. 'Well this is going to be fun.'

When Saturday came I was more nerve then ever. I hadn't had a chance to talk to Ariel about anything and she looked liked she wanted nothing to do with me. Akecheta was growling that I was too rude and harsh after what happened and that we should have apologized but how?! She wouldn't even look at me and if she did all he saw was hurt and anger in her eyes. And he couldn't bring himself to find the words to say.
He was helping his mom set up tables and chairs with the rest of the pack when the doorbell rang, his mom put the table she had down and answered it and came back with his cousin Emily and her husband, Sam. Sam is a vampire which made the pairing an all out war for them but soon everyone just gave in. It was her life to live if she wanted to live with that god awful smell so be it. "Hello cousin how are you?" "Like you need to ask you're the psychic you tell me." Laughing she kissed his cheeks pausing to let him know that it was going to be ok and that it's a good thing he has a twin. That in itself was scary no one ever bought up Justin it's been 12 years since he's gone missing so why bring it up now? Shaking the thoughts away he got back to work. Sam was in the house trying to cool off and probably looking for blood.
Two hours into the party everyone was there except my mate and her family. Just when I was thinking she wasn't going to show I caught her scent. He heard her mom saying sorry for the wait they had to help Ariel's grandmother with the flea market and lost track of time. Walking out behind he Mom and sister they were all dressed in jeans and some form of black shirt. Her sister wasted no time hitting to buffet, her mom soon followed but not Ariel she just walked around and when some of the guys popped up she fell right in with them. It was like a switch clicked on. One minute she was quiet and shy the next she was life of the party. Her mom chatted easily with the others all the while keeping an eye on both her daughters. When she went in to grab a drink I saw my chance to talk to her.
Walking in I took a seat behind her and watched as she bent over the cooler I was damn near drooling. Clearing my throat I watched the slight jump and her slowly turn around and straighten. " Yes?" Was all she said. But she looked like she was about to either cry or claw his eyes out but she wouldn't show which she really wanted to do. "I need to talk to you. In private if you don't mind." "I do mind last I figured you wanted nothing to do with me and what 'shouldn't have happen!'" She turned to leave but I grabbed her arm before she could make it out the back door. "Look about that I need to know what you saw and thought." I whisper the last part hoping to be let down easy. "What I saw was my werewolf boyfriend giving my the best head I every had... well the only head I every had. And what I thought was this is going to fun and how was I going to keep my mouth shut and not ask him all the question that I want to until he tells me what he is. But that thought died the minute he told me it was a mistake!" She hissed at me. I'd broken up with girls before and they'd been hurt and anger but this cut me so much deeper then anything. "I'm sorry I panicked and if you know what I am you know why." "No shit! I all I read is lore books! You think I was that fucking dense I knew something was up with you and your family the moment you got to school. I'm attracted to the outcast and odd balls and they're attracted to me so when a man of you caliber wants me I know something is up. Geez I swear you could have just said I need a minute or something I was being to think I was your mate or what ever y'all do. But now I know I was just a piece of pussy. And you could have just told me that! I wouldn't have been mad." He had no idea what to say she knew way more then she let on and it was like someone gave her all their secrets and she just kept them. "I'm sorry love I just well I look I'm sorry okay I handle everything wrongly. And I promise from now on we talk instead of walking away. This week has been hell on me. I can't eat, sleep, hell I didn't want to leave my room knowing you hated me and well I didn't want to face the rejection." She looked like she was going to hit him. She was mad again damn it all. "The fuck you mean rejection?! I'm not the one who walked away saying what happened shouldn't have! No I was sitting on the back of the toilet enjoying the pleasure. Look I get it you panicked I would have too but damn it man you could have handled it better. Said something other then 'that shouldn't have happened' because that was fucking heartbreaking! I cried for two weeks. Did you not notice I went to the bathroom more?" He had just thought she didn't want to see his face or worse she'd moved on. Now she was telling him she went in there to cry and that made him feel about as tall as an ant. "I'm sorry love. I swear can we start over okay. Please you are my mate and you're the only one I want." She sighed and sat in his lap and tucked herself into him. She felt good there. Right. "I love you you know that you big dummy." That was all it took and he took her upstairs so fast he was sure if someone show it looked like they just disappeared.

I was tossed onto Kayle's bed giggling like a school girl. I was trying to reason with him and tell him that we'd been inside too long already and my mom was going to worry and look for me but my words were met with groans and kisses on my neck and cheek. He pulled out a condom looking me in my eyes. I wanted him so bad it was crazy but I knew I'd never hear the end of it if we didn't get back down there. "I want to I really really do...but we need to go down there or we'll both be in trouble." I watched him grumble and drop the condom. And like the devil I was I couldn't stop myself from saying "I want you all day and night and I want it every way you want to give it." She winked and ran down the stairs when she heard him growl. She was laughing when she ran into... Kayle no not Kayle he looked just like him but his eyes sadder and he's hair was longer. And like that he was gone. "Vampier" Kayle hissed. "No your bother."
