"Don't be a chicken. Let's go", Judas said teasingly.
"Are you sure it's ok to do this?" I asked. Looking at the house, "I mean the storm is getting really bad, and the house looks like it could cave in at any given moment and-"
"Quit whining. There isn't anything that can hurt us in that house. All of those creepy people are just a myth. We are 16 years old and we should not be believing in little phony stories."
I then Went silent. I saw the dangerous grin on his face. The will to prove everyone wrong, no matter what it would take.
"Ok" I simply said after hesitation, "let's go."
He ran to the house onto the porch and pushed in the door, and i was behind him.
"Locked" he growled. He kicked the door, but it opened before his foot hit the old slab of wood. He stumbled on the floor. He winced and brushed off his jeans. He pulled out his flashlight and turned it on. "Move" he led me deeper into the house. The house was old, but yet fancy. The chandler had been lit with candles, the stairs curved to the side, firming over a wooden door. The dead plants still stood up straight. We hear a loud schreech and we turned to the direction in which it had came from. The door had opened. We walked into the dark hallway. The dark completely empty hallway. We had slowly walked downuntil we came to a bend. We turned down and were able to see the end if the long hallway. The end of the hallway like the rest was empty, only with a bookcase at the very end of it all.
"Dead end," I said down "great."
"Do you remember the old cartoons and horror films?" He asked me.
"Honestly, I have been trying to keep them out of my head, but I guess."I answered. Sadly I knew exactly what he was going to do. There was a book half hanging out of the top shelf.
"Help me up" he ordered. I lifted his foot onto the bookshelf. He grabbed the book and pulled on it. Just as we suspected, the bookshelf turned. The wall moved really fast as the wall and the bookcase had changed places. It came around and it had pulled me into the room without a warning. We fell. When we got up, I noticed a line if light under the wall. It was a door. He noticed it too. He gets up and walks to the door. Every part of my body told me to run away, but I followed. We open the door. He looked in.
"Empty" he said. Walked in. We get about a yard from the door, and we hear the door slam behind us. I quickly spin around and I screamed and There he was. His face was completely white except for a red blood-like smile painted over his mouth. His face was covered in scars.
“Jeff the Killer,” I muttered, “you shouldn’t be here.”
“Why not?” He asked, “aww is my presence not wanted” he said. He paused, and crossed his arms, and started tapping his foot. “Well, are you going to make this fun for me and run or are you just going to make this boring?” The door opened behind him and stepped out of the way. He leaned towards our direction.
“Run.” he said and laughed. And we obeyed.
We ran out of the door, but instead of being dark, the room was filled with candles that lit the way. We took the kept going down the hallway. There was a bend in in the hall, but right as we get there, Jeff showed up.
“Aren’t you having fun?” He asked and laughed. We turned the other way and ran. We go back into the room where we first met and then we sat down.
“We will be fine,” I said. “lets just sit down.”
“What?!?” he said.
“Lets sit down. Don’t you see, for one, he is toying with us, he wants this to last and two, he only kills you when you wake up. He sits by your bed and then when you wake up he says-”
“Go to sleep” Jeff says, finishing my sentence, “I love that line. I enjoy watching the children wake up, hoping to see their parents and pets, and then they see my face. I love watching their eyes open wide up and then seeing their blood trickle down their necks. It really makes my day.”
“You are crazy,” I said.
“I know he says,”he replies,”well. I have to go, ya know across the world people are waking up, and I have a busy day, so see ya when you wake up.” He raises a metal bar over his head.
“You don’t have to do this Katy Robinson,” I told her. Jeff pauses.
“How did you know?”
“Katy, you became a psychopath when your face was photoshopped on 4Chan. You faked your own death and became what people wanted you to become, you can s-”
“Shut up!” she said before slamming us both on the head with the bar.
I woke up to the sound of Katy’s voice.
“Go to sleep” My vision blackened as she laughed, I looked to my right and Judas was dead next to me.
“Good night,” I said.

Thank you for reading my very first short story on Wattpad. Please leave a comment and share it with your friends. To explain Katy Robinson, Some people belive that Jeff the Killer was based off of a heavier girl face that was photoshopped. Katy committed suicide after being cyberbullied. Once again thank you for reading.
