IMAGINE ALEX is taking you to dinner and you find a shiny string in your food.

"Oof" I say as I stumble into the booth. Alex sits across from me as I set my things down next to me. As we get settled in, Alex starts to smile at me. "So how's your day going" he asks. "Well considering I've been with you all day, it's going pretty well." I start to smile back. "Oh right.. I forgot." I let out a small giggle and begin to look at the menu.
We order out food and talk. We talk about many things, memes and life. Our food gets here and I grab my fork and look at Alex. He's just smiling at me. "Why aren't you eating?" I ask in confusion. "I want you to first." I rolled my eyes and cut a slice of bread in half.
I'm half way through my plate and Alex never started eating. I feel bad. Is he waiting for me to do something. I open the muffin out of the wrapper and Alex starts laughing. My eyes widen as I see it. A shiny silver chain with a heart pendant. I hug Alex over the table and try to put it on.
