The front of my body was mostly black.
You could make out a hand print on my neck.It had to be hug. Right? It just had to be a hug.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We live in a society where you know the place your soulmate will first touch you. It's a black stain on your skin that marks your future like a map. And when your soulmate finally touches you, the color fades, its purpose fulfilled.
My stain is big and bold. It covers most of the upper part of my back. I think its a hug. I can't wait to meet them my entire life will be changed forever it will be the start of my life with guaranteed love for the rest of my days.
I was wearing earbuds, I couldn't hear a thing. I had just started to cross the street when I felt something hit me, my earbuds were no longer in my head but instead sprawled out on the ground just inches away from me. I heard something loud I looked up and saw a car speeding towards where I just was. It was trying to slow down the tires were squealing with anguish I was no longer in its path but she was. The woman who saved me. I watched as the black of my arms started to fade. She was my soulmate. I tried to reach her, to get her out of the way, but it was too late the car hadn't stopped. I watched, as the color faded from my skin and in just seconds return. I stared at my arms the blackness was sickening. She was dead. She saved me. It wasn't a hug.
Explanation:
So basically when your soulmate touches you the marks fade but when they die they come back. My 'spin'.
