A World's Rebirth

Earth has had no magic connection besides spiritual animals like dragons and other beings. The gods have had little hand in the shaping of countries and religions. They have watched mankind shape the world the way they want. Then in 1917, a powerful energy more powerful then the atom bomb filled the world and people. The best name for it that people could give it was Magic. Due to magic appearing there are two types of people. One is which normal people with no connection to magic but those who do have a connection to magic are called Magi.

But magic wasn't the only thing that suddenly appear.Weird, deadly diseases formed and odd creatures appeared in forest and desserts. No one knows how all these things appeared to the world or even why creatures and magic were just fantasy but now has become a reality. Magic has reshaped the countries for the world dramatically. For countries like America or England it has been given laws and rules so it is balanced as if it has been normal for years. Other countries like Russia or France have been using money and funds to figure out the mysterious power and creatures that has just appeared into the world. But some countries, most notably North Korea, try to weaponise their citizens into unstoppable magical soilders and have tried to tame the creatures that appeared. If those magical creatures didn't bow or break and listened then those creatures would be killed. Natural disasters like deadly storms or large waves appeared more and more. Then the most deadly event happened at Berlin, Germany on April 13th, 1999. The Black Night Eclipse. Over 2.75 Million people died when a mysterious creature appeared during a solar eclipse. The creature was a large Dragon, it is able to walk on its hind legs, it was 47ft tall, and wings like a devil's appeared and attacked Berlin and nearly killed all the civilians of it. Then when the nation's army raised attack 27,531 soldiers fall to the beast's attacks. Then a Organization called The Chosen of Elder appeared and offered the German Government a solution. A knight from the Organization like the ones from the medieval age to fight and kill the Black Dragon. Germany's government was confused by the idea but accepted the help. The knight of the Chosen went off to the ruins of Berlin and fought the Black Dragon. Their fight ended with bright flash that swallowed the ruined city. The knight was victorious but then left the Chosen for they felt they have done enough. The Chosen then helped the world's countries build their governments to help and understand magic and the new creatures that now roam the world.

Now that 103 years have passed since Berlin's fall and the governments pass of magic related laws magic still has so many mysteries so the Chosen gave the world's governments a idea a tournament for people around the world to try out their magic but secretly the governments would gain more information on how magic is and how its used. The tournament would be three fighters vs three fighters and is called the Magi arts Tournament. The world governments agreed and will have their own tournaments and the top 3 will move onto the finals which will be held at the island that The Chosen owns. When magic users across the world heard about this they go and train for their country's tournament and show the world who's the strongest under the Heavens.
