Pearl circle in the sky
Shining down into dark alleys
Moonlit eyes look to hide
In the dark, haunted alleys
By day, by night
A wandering soul
Of starlit flight
Padding paws on concrete earth
Sharp knives scratching four
Marks
Narrowed slits
Of shadowy plight
Looking to avenge it's might
Building up a certain strength
Wild and free
Going with the breeze
Cotton silk
Waving with the wind
It's stalk pointing
Towards the stars beyond
Sounds disturb the peace of night
Flicking back and forth
A black Unknown
In the alleys
Watching, waiting for its prey
To walk right into
It's paws.
