Its was a bright an sunny day, Lucy Heartfilia had just finished her chores. She knew her dad would be coming home soon so she hurridly made him a fresh warm meal.

She and her dad were in good terms after they had a heart to heart talk. She was glad they did.

Her dad's bussiness were almost shutting down, so she did her best to help him and cheer him up.

Suddenly she heard someone open the door.

"Oh, papa welcome hom-"

She saw a red haired man instead

"H-hello, do you need anything?"

"Are you Lucy Heartfilia?"

"Y-yes.."

"I came here to tell you that your dad is indebted to me"

Then she saw her dad coming in.

"D-dragneel"

"P-papa?"

Jude then held his daughter protectively

"You know you owe me money, Jude"

"I promised you that I would give it to you by the end of the month didnt I?"

"Ah yesss.. But I couldnt wait any longer, its either giving me the money now or say goodbye to your precious 'Love and Lucky'"

"I-I dont ha-"

"How much does my papa owe?" Lucy asked, she remembered that the company was important to her parents. It was the product of their hardship and she wouldnt want to destroy it

"Its 120,000,00J, little girl" The older Dragneel said "Unless you would come with me to pay off the debt" He said with a smirk

"What?! Dont do it Luc-"

"I-if I come with you, youd leave my papa and his company alone?"

"Ah yes, yes of course"

"Lucy! Dont be a fool!"

"The company is important! A-and it reminds you of mama right?" Lucy was now in tears "Youve always taken care of me, now its time to repay my debt" She shown her her brightest smile then looked at the red haired man again

"I-Ill do it.."

"Well then lets go" The man said leading her out of the house then in to his carridge.

"L-Lucy! Stop! My daughter!"

Despite the elder Heartfilias pleas Lucy then bid goodbye

"Goodbye, papa"
