Return of the Apprentice (Darth Vader x Reader)

The Promise

3rd Person POV 

It was years since Anakin had turned to the dark side. The Empire was now in power. (Y/n) was now hiding in a planet full of greenery. It was the safest place and the Force flowed through the planet very strongly. (Y/n) was meditating when she heard a noise. She immediately awoke from her meditation. Without any thought to pulled out her lightsabers and they clashed with a red one. 

A strong but haunting voice said, "You will die Jedi."

(Y/n) said strongly, "I am no Jedi." 

(Y/n)'s POV 

I then used the force to make the red lightsaber go out of the its sith owner hand. While he were distracted I got a better look at my attacker. He was wearing mainly black. A cape, a helmet and armor. I looked were his eyes would be. As I did that I saw a flash of Anakin. I was shocked and I stumbled backwards. And my hood, that was covering my face, fell down. 

"(Y/n)? After all this time you're still alive?"

"How do you know me, sith?"

"Search your feelings, (Y/n)."

I knew exactly what he wanted me to do. He wanted me to realized it was Anakin. I knew deep down it was him but I didn't want to admit it. I didn't want to admit my friend and master became a sith. 

I said, "Impossible, my master could never as vile as you."

"Anakin Skywalker was weak so I destroyed him."

I gritted my teeth but I still felt my anger boil inside of me. 

"Then I will avenge his death."

Then I threw my lightsaber at him while he was defenseless. However he stopped it with the force. I then charged at him, however when I got to him he had his lightsaber back. Then I used the force to return my lightsaber to me.

I jumped over him then he tried to strike my back. I put my lightsabers to my back. Careful not to cut my (h/c) hair or back. Once I could strike him again I swung my lightsabers violently at him.

"I can taste your anger but you still resist the dark side and you still use some Jedi techniques."

"I do not favor one side over the other."

He tried to swung at my legs but I blocked him. I then swung my lightsabers randomly in hopes of losing him. I then hit his lightsaber out of his hand. This was my chance to end him. I made my lightsaber hit his hand. He hand was cut off. I could see the wires that Anakin had. Anakin was still there. I could feel Anakin was waiting to break free of  Vader's chains. So I did not end him. Instead I ran away.

As I ran I heard, "You can't run from me, (Y/n). I will find you."
