"I---" Lisa started but was cut off by a phone call. She signalled Taehyung to wait and answered the call
Bunny~ is calling
"Yeoboseyo?"
"Jihyo wants you two here in 5 minutes, so hurry OK? Bye."
Bunny~ ended call
"Uhmmm... Jihyo unnie wants us back at the studio.." Lisa slowly said.
Taehyung sighed and nodded
"Please don't ignore me..." He pleaded
"I won't" Lisa said and gave him a bright smile. Both of them started walking to the studio.
Once they arrived, Jihyo greeted them with two pieces of paper
"You two will be doing a duet, Lisa will rap while you sing, I think Lisa's rapping would be a good contrast to your deep voice. It was Jungyeon's idea." Jihyo told them while still looking at her clip board, then she turned her gaze to Lisa and Taehyung and gave them a smile, soon after walked off.
"Alright then! Let's practice shall we? Chaeyoung! Uhm, can you show us how we'll do this?" Lisa called out to Chaeyoung
"Oh, actually, please scratch that. Jungyeon unnie is obsessed with 'ships' you guys wont be doing a duet. Uhm, but... Taehyung can you somehow do a duet with Jimin? (Trust me I ship Jikook but...) "
"Yeah OK then! Yah JIMIN SSI!" Taehyung shouted and ran to his hyung.
"And Lisa, uhh, Jungkook sunbae, can you teach Lisa the choreo, if you don't want to it's OK I'll just tell Yugyeom to do it----" But Chaeyoung was cut off
"No no no! I'll teach her! Cmon Lisa!" He excitedly said
"Arraseo? (Alright)"
Jungkook pulled Lisa by the arm and led her to the gym. Lisa stood in a corner while Kook set up the speaker.
A beat started playing and Kook started demonstrating. Lisa caught on.
Jungkook was surprised at how fast she learned. But laughed it off. Though Lisa seemed to have perfected their routine. They sighed and sat down on the ground.
"Yah maybe you should work on your vocals" Jungkook suggested. Lisa simply looked at him.
"I'm not confident in my vocals" She frowned
"Well... I'll teach you then... To be confident" Jungkook continued, Lisa nodded eagerly.
"So, take a deep breath" Lisa complied "close your eyes" she did so "humm the last song you listened to" Lisa started humming "Love Scenario" of iKON. "OK, do you remember any lyrics?" Lisa nodded "sing them" Lisa opened her eyes.
"I'm not a good singer and I didn't memorize the song.."
"Yah stop doubting yourself! A lot of people like your voice!" Jungkook cheered for her, she smiled gratefully
"Thank you... But--"
"No buts! Sing!"
And Lisa hesitated but still followed, she started singing B.I's part and Jungkook smiled
"You're doing great! But when you're performing on stage, pretend that nobody's watching, only your unnies, smiling at you! Cheering for you" Jungkook told her.
And without hesitation, she started doing just that. She started singing and even doing some of the choreography, although she just changed the lyrics she didn't know to "nannanaa" which Kook and her chuckled at. Both of them played around for a while, and once exhausted, sat down and leaned on the railings
"Ahh you did great!"
"Thanks Kook... For everything" Lisa said and Jungkook smiled at her.
