It was now Hae Ra and Jinyoung's 2nd Anniversary but sadly, only Jinyoung is celebrating it.
He bought flowers for Hae Ra this time it wasn't just tulips nor roses, this time he bought different kinds.
He bought carnations, tulips, roses and orchids all were pink cause she always loved the color pink.
Her room was always neat and there was a box on her bedside table which contained the letters that Jinyoung wrote during Hae Ra's coma.
Their pictures together was decorated in her room, Jinyoung even framed their picture which was Hae Ra kissing Jinyoung's cheek while Jinyoung was scrunching his nose.
Those were the best moments of his life.
Jinyoung still wore the promise ring,
Up til now, he hasn't give up, he's still hoping that she'll wake up. He's still fighting even though he knows that her chance of living is really low.
"I'm still waiting Hae Ra," he said then kissed her forehead.
