chapter 5 - Economics Project📝

December 18, Tuesday.. I saw the calender..only few months are remaining for our final exams then.. we will be in junior college I thought to myself.
I got ready & walked downstairs as always..I had my breakfast, bit my parents goodbye & headed towards school on my bicycle.
The climate was just seriously amazing..as it was winter time the sky was cloudy, the sun wasn't shining bright & the leaves were falling from the trees🍃..

"Beautiful!" I exclaimed while smiling

Soon I reached my school & parked my bike with other vehicles.
Looked in a side mirror & ran my fingers through my hairs from front (As I usually do..it's nothing new 😉)

I entered my class with Ronny we both decided to sit togeather today

Just seconds later Sherley entered along with Nathlie & other girls

She came towards my bench, kept her bag on the desk & said while rising her brows "Ronny you better know it's my place so now get up & shift to another"

"Dear Sherly.. Cedric himself said me to sit beside him we are sitting togeather today so.. You may sit on the other bench"

Sherly frowned, looked at me confusingly & said "why..? I mean why do you want to sit beside him?"

I replied " Sherly I want to discuss some talks with him that's why we are sitting togeather so please.. just for today can you sit on other bench?"

"Ohh discussion.. ok all fine! But only for today..just for today ok?"

Soon the class started & teacher Entered the class.
The lecture started

After some time..the class got over

Later after lunch break it was our economic class.

Mr. Winkler is our economic teacher. He is a really good man with proper sense of teaching. Every student liked him alot, specially girls (He was handsome)

"So..we were dealing with types of taxes right?" asked Mr. Winkler

"Yes Mr. Winkler" students chorused

The lecture went on & soon after the lecture was completed he came up with a homework
But..his given tasks aren't boring like others

"So.. as it's been long since I made you all busy in any economic homework.. I came up with an idea of giving you something new. I know homeworks are really boring so.. I want to give you a project & we will make groups for it to make learning fun not tension.. so students..do you agree?"

Each student agreed happily

He smiled & gave us instructions for the task

Each group will be having 4 students neither more nor less

Our groups was assigned with our respective roll numbers & Mr. Winkler himself made the groups

"Cedric, Ronny, Marvin &..Collete you all will be in one group & you are group number 4" Mr. Winkler aforesaid

We agreed... but someone didn't..

A voice raised "but..Mr. Winkler..how can you make a group of your choice?" Cried sherly with her eyes wide open

Mr. Winkler frowned while looked at her & said "dear Sherly you can choose any group of your choice if don't wanted to be a part of the group which I decided for you"

She replied "but.. Sir.. I wanted to be in group no.4"

"Why group 4? You can choose any" said Sam who was sitting just next to her

Mr. Winkler said her that the group is fixed now & he can't make any changes. But.. Sherly was stubborn & tried her best to change her group to no.4 but..alas..she was unsuccessful!

We chose our topic for project & discussed about the project. Soon the school got over too

We came out of class. We were standing near our lockers our session of laughter & talks was going on

I put my hands in my pant's pocket & I leaned a little with the support of locker.

Nathlie, Sam, Ronny... we all are here.. heyy! Where is sherly? I asked in confused state

Sam replied "I saw her going into staff room"

Nathalie added "yeah! She is there I went to meet Ms.Smith for clearing my doubts & I saw Sherly there I don't know why she was there? I didn't asked her"

Suddenly someone called my name "hey Cedric! Over here" he was Marvin (my group member)

He called me for the discussion, I knew it will take long so I greeted Nathlie, Sam bye & went with Ronny for the discussion.

It was planned that we will be meeting at Collete's home for completing our project.

"Correct at 4PM at my place... will it do?" Asked Collete

"Yes of course" replied Ronny

"So be there :) Com'n now bubbye" she aforesaid & left

Marvin left too

I & Ronny went towards our bicycles & paddled towards our home. We were in middle of the way singing & going home.. Suddenly a car from back began to bang the horn.. "BEEP! BEEP!! "
we took our bicycles to the either side of the road & cleared place for the car to go..

As the car came parallel to us & I heared a familiar voice.."heyy..Cedric where are you going?"
It was Sherly no doubt

I replied "actually I'm going on moon on my bicycle wanna come along?" (I was in good mood, so I teased her)

"Very funny!😒 well..can I come at your place?"

"Oh why not? Of course"

Then after 15 minutes we finally reached my home.

She greeted my Mom & hugged her because she came at my home after a long time..

We went upstairs in my room..we were talking about skates, Rollers & other stuff..
I really liked taking to her as we shared the same interest!✌🏻

Just after 10 minutes.. my Mom came upstairs & said "Cedric, one of your friend is on the call.. she wants to talk to you" & handled me the call

"Hello..?"

"Hello Cedric it's me Collete. "

"Oh Collete heyy..umm..say.."

"Actully I called you because I want to say that I have changed the timings so can you come at 3PM ? I earlier informed Marlin about it..Just You & Ronny were remaining so..can You please adjust?"

"3PM..umm Ok! I'll be there and yeah I'll inform to Ronny about it don't worry :) "

"That's soo sweet of you..well Thank You :) do come with the requirements that were assisted to you.. take care..bye "

"Oh yes I'll.. bye"

**I hung up the phone**

"Collete..why she called You?" Asked Sherly while frowning

"Actully we have a date today so.. she was saying me to be a little early so we can enjoy our date" I teased her :p

"Date? Like seriously!😒 well you said that you'll inform Ronny about it.. what about that? Is he joining you both?"

Haha! No dear nothing like that
Then I explained her about the call

"Ohhh! So say it like that Ced! You really scares me sometimes!" Sighted Sherly

I looked at the clock it featured 2:15 PM I called & informed Ronny about the time.

Soon Sherly left then I & Ronny went to Collete's home.
