Tekashi's pov:

Reiko's eyes where so distort. I fell to my knees beside her and held her close.

"I am a murderer. I shot her. I killed Rhem" Rei cried into me. Her pain and anger was plain to see.

" it's ok I still love you" I comforted. She away from me and walked towards jade.

Reiko's pov:

I stumbled in front of jade and fell to my knees in front of her.

"J-jade" I stuttered as I threw my arms around her. Tears fell from my eyes and hers. I didn't want to lose her she meant so much to me. The sky grew grey and rain started to fall. Haru knelt down beside me and wrapped his arms around her too.

" I won't let you leave. It's my turn to protect you all" I cried.

"Don't leave me little sis" Haru cried stroking her hair.

"I won't I promise" jade stuttered.

"Good coz I am not leaving you either" m and Haru smiled. I let go of her and turned away.

" I am gonna go back and read until school finishes." I sighed standing up. A tear fell from my eye and slowly I stumbled to the door. I turned a little to see they where all looking. I felt like shit. I killed someone. For the first time. How am I going to live with it. There was mumbling and jades face dropped more

"S-she ....killed her" jade stuttered

"Jade Rei had to. She could of come back. I could of lost my baby sister like I did just then. But for good this time. She did it for you and I am so happy. We can sort her out later just let's get you sorted first your my priority ok" Haru said lifting jade into his arms. Yamato followed with Tekashi and left Yūrei alone.

I sat on a bean bag in the back of the library. Everywhere was quite and I slowly welled up. I wrapped my arms around my legs and the tears came.

" Rei?" A voice called. Around the corner Yūrei appeared her eyes where white like sheets.

"There you are. I was worried." She smiled kneeling down to me. I felt a cold hand touch mine and it was Yūrei pulling me up.

"It's ok Rei. Jades ok and you did it to protect her. Don't dwell on it." She comforted.

That night I opened the door to jades cabin. She was lying in bed and looking up at the roof.

"Jade" I smiled walking closer

"Rei" she smiled holding her arms out. I ran into them and hugged her tight.

" Rei I am sorry I tried...." Jade cried

"It's ok. As long as you are safe that's all that matters" I comforted.

"O-ok.... I am sorry" she stuttered

"It's ok jade don't worry" I smiled. I pulled away and looked at her kindly. I took her hand and held it tight.

"I am gonna make sure you stay safe trust me " I reassured. Slowly she lay back into the covers and fell asleep. As time ticked by I fell asleep also and lay next to her making sure she was ok. She was my best friend and I just wanted to keep her safe. She was still so young and gentile

Tekashi's pov:

I was asleep on the bed when my phone rang. It startled me so much I fell off the bed and smacked my head off the phone. Raising my hands I picked it up and answered it

"Hey dude erm..... I don't really wanna pick your girlfriend/ my best friend up while she is asleep and bring her to you. She fell asleep with jade looking after her. Do you think you could come get her" Haru explained down the phone

" ok on my way now" I sighed hanging up. I pulled my shoes on and ran to jades hut.
