It was monday 23rd march Lucys birthday it was a bright sunny morning Lucy decides to ask her dad if she could go out ride Hope her horse.she walks downstairs to find her dad sitting on the sofa watching tv Lucy walks up to him and asks,"dad may I go ride Hope?"Lucy's dad says,"no"Lucy ran to her room and cried. She waited till it was midnight.It then turns midnight she tiptoes downstairs into the stable Luke heard her coming and he hid.Lucy walks into the tack room and gets hope's bridle and saddle Lucy takes hope out of her stall and puts her saddle and bridle on Luke was confused to why she was there.Lucy takes hope out of the stable and mounts her.She then gallops to the woods.Luke saw her leaving and decided to follow her.He got his bridle and saddle.He takes his horse out of the stables and gallops to the woods where Lucy was.Lucy could hear the leafs on the trees rustling suddenly hope heard somthing she freaked out and bucked Lucy off and hope ran off. Lucy stood up but found out she sprained her wrist.Lucy saw somthing in the distance and she walked to it she saw a black horse with a diamond on it's head fighting with a mountain cougar.Lucy picked up a stick and threw it at the mountain cougar and the mountain cougar ran away. The black horse callapsed to the ground Lucy ran to the horse "oh my god you poor thing!" she takes off her scarf off which she had on and wrapped it around the horses wounded leg.Lucy managed to get the horse to its hoofs.
