Liz's POV 
Before I am fully able to work on a case I have to check if I have any disorders like PTSD stuff like that so while everyone is out working on the case I am sitting here doing nothing ugh at least I have Garcia with me Spencer gave her all of my meds and a long list of things to keep me busy I am not two but I will let him think that just because he basically raised me, sitting in Garcia's office on the couch in the back "what is that ticking noise?" "Garcia are you feeling okay I don't hear a ticking noise" that is when I twitched "huh?" She turns around lucky they don't need to look something up "you're twitching"  " I don't understand why I have never twitched before" " I am going to call Spencer and then we are going to the doctor's" my eyes widen " please no Garcia I don't like hospitals or doctor offices please anything but that" she sighed " if Spencer tells me to bring you will you go " looking down "yeah we might as well start walking to the car but we can't tell Spencer he needs to focus on the case not me "   " you are going to have to tell him"  "once the case is over, you should bring your laptop just in case"  she picked up her laptop and walked with me to the car

*At the doctors/ hospital*

After a lot of test done Garcia is back by my side we were telling Derek the information he needs as soon as we hung up the doctor came back in he said that I have a lot more disorders then before "like?"  He sighed  " here is a list of all of them" I sat there and read the list I am scared and shocked I give it to Garcia she reads it and hugs me then we left the car ride was quite once we got back I sat at my desk With the list in my desk I heard the elevator door open and made it seem like I am reading a book but I am crying instead "Liz are you okay you have been staring at that page of a while now"  I just nod he put a hand on my shoulder  "s-spencer" I sound broken  "what is wrong Liz"  I take the list out of my desk and hand it to him  once he reads it I am pulled in a hug "you will be okay I will help you" "help? Spencer what do you mean by help take even more care of me then you already do and when you can't handle it you do the same thing to me that you did with mom"  before I saw his reaction I got up and felt I can't just sit there waiting for me to be told to clean my desk out  I can't so I ran out in the freezing rain and just sat there crying

Spencer's POV
Before I could even think about why she said that I followed her out in the rain picked her up and hugged her "Liz I would never do that ever" she looked up "I am sorry" "you have nothing to be sorry about" then she hugs me back tightly like she needs me to keep her alive  and now we are sitting in the rain hugging
