Chapter one:
“CASSIDYYY!!” My mother yells from across the apartment. I run over to her room as fast as I can before my mom yells again.
“What is it, mother?” I ask in a slightly aggravated tone. “ I was fixing to call him, and we haven’t talked in forever! He’s my best friend! I need to at least spend a little time on the phone with him!”
My mother rolls her eyes and she puts on her diamond earrings. “You can, Cassidy, but I need to tell you that your father and I are going out tonight with his business partners, and Shelby is throwing a party here. So, unless you’re going to change out of those trashy clothes, I would stay away from your sister’s party. So finish your phone call and hang out at the lobby, bye Cassidy.” She gave me an air kiss on the cheek and rushed out the door.
You see, my life isn’t completely “normal”. I live in a full-floor apartment in one of the nicest places in England, have one of the most expensive wardrobes a 17-year-old has, and my family is filthy rich. But, I wear normal clothes most of the time, like right now. I’m wearing a white laced tank top from Forever21 and hot pink short shorts from Hollister. I don’t like all of that fancy stuff, my sister’s more into that. But there’s one more thing,
Liam Payne is my best friend.
