Pain stabbed threw out me, I coughed blood the man smiled at me and leaned Down to my ear, I was frozen with fear and pain.
"welcome to your own bloodbath." he smiled, his dry tongue ran up my cheek catching the blood from my head wound, one he had caused only moments before.
"why..." I mumbled
he turned his head slightly.
"why what?" he questioned his eyes going dark.
"why are you doing this to me?" I coughed glaring at him.
"because Alice... That's what fathers are for..." he smiled creepily and raised his chipped kitchen knife. "good night Alice... Forever." then he brought the knife down on me... It made contact with my chest, blood splattered onto his face, he smiled licking his blood stained lips.........

I sat up on bed clutching my chest, sweat ran down my face I panted heavily my eyes going in and out of focus the nightmare still fresh in my mind I ran into the bathroom a fresh adrenalin ran threw my veins I looked onto the mirror and lifted my shirt, a scar sitting below rips reminder of that night ... The night my dad was arrested.
i clutched my scar shutting my eyes out of the reminder of pain, there was so much pain. Tears welled up in my eyes and spilled over, i crashed to the ground my eyes wide opened now i whimpered threw my tears, clutching my scar even harder.
"Alice?" my mom opened the door and saw me laying on the ground. "ALICE!" she cried running to me, she fell to her knees, she clutched my head in he arms.
"Alice... sh sh shhh" she soothed "was it the dream Hun? don't worry your dad cant get out of Jail just yet, for hurting you he is staying in the for a long time, trust me. i leaned against her body sobbing into her shoulder.
