Liam looked at me with his beautiful sea-green eyes and laughed. "Didn't expect it me, did you sugar?" he yelled. I shut my eyes and moaned. "But why my friends?" I said. "Just another way to get under your skin". he said. I looked at him quizically, but I still kept my face of total anger on him. "It's just another way to hurt you!" he says evilly. My mouth opened and my jaw dropped. "Why that look?" he says with mock concern. "Don't worry, I'll kill them first".
ALLISON'S POV
I searched for my phone. I dug into my front and back pocket and felt nothing. Shit. Must've left it at home. I miss Chad, I miss my parents, I miss grandma and grandpa. Wow, I could even make a list of all the people I missed. But at least I had my friends. Eden looked at me with sad eyes, and Natalie was talking to Liam. Apparently he says he'll kill us first. My life is over. Eden grabbed my hand and said, "It's ok, we'll make it". I smiled and nodded, but inside I felt like exploding.
A few hours later, we pulled up to a run down cottage that looked vacant. "Hello?" Liam called. "Look's like Joey's taken the weekend off". Liam smirked. Who's Joey? Eden looked at me with questioning eyes, and I nodded. I was thinking what she was thinking.
Suddenly, I felt a hand on my back. I spun around. "Calm down, sweetheart", he said with that arrogant smirk of his. I never liked him anyways. I looked at my trembling hands. "C'mon" he said. "I have to show you something". I looked at my friends and they looked terrified. Liam took me into a room then pushed me against the wall, then started kissing me. I broke away and spat at him. He snarled then grabbed my shoulders. "Get away!" I yelled. "WELL, if you're going to be like that" he said in a mocking tone. "Follow me." he said.
I stood my ground. "Come on" he said. "No" I said back. "Come with me, Allison" he said in a voice dangerously calm. "No!" I yelled. I hoped he didn't notice the tremble in my voice. "Allison, you are going to come with me or I will murder Eden!" he said. I whimpered then followed him.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked him cautiously. "You'll see". he said in a childish tone. He led me down a flight of stairs. I looked around at the grungy walls. We had a took the stairs down into what looked like a gross basement with concrete floors, and a low ceiling dripping some murky water. "Gross" I said under my breath. "What?" he said with a grin like a gulity kindergartener's. "Nothing" I said. "You know you are skating on thin ice" he told me. "Just please don't hurt my friends" I said evenly. He led me into a bedroom with yellow paint peeling off the walls. It had a small closet in it. It also had a big dresser with a weird stain on it. What was he going to do? "This is your bedroom from now on. I will come in to tell you when you can come to eat, or when you can go to the bathroom. If you need anything, ring this bell" he said. "Liam?" I said. "Yes?" he said.
"What's going to happen to my friends?" I asked him. "You'll see!" he said, then giggled. Where is the Liam I know? Maybe I didn't like him much, but this was not Liam... "Good night!" he yelled, then flicked off the light.
I awoke to then sound of someone knocking at my door. Liam? I thought. "Come in" I said. "Eden!" I said so loudly it was almost a yell. "Shh..." she said. "We don't have much time". "What is it, E?" I asked her. "Wait, what has he done to you?" I asked her. "I'm fine..." she said. "Wait a minute, where's Natalie?" I asked her. "Shhh... Let me talk. I don't know exactly where Natalie is. I saw him take her upstairs, but that's it. I'm ok, I have a room on the middle floor..." she said her voice trailing off. "What is it, Eden?" I asked her. "What aren't you telling me?" I said with a worried glance towards the door. Liam would be here any minute. "Eden..." I said. "Okay, Okay..." she said. "Now don't scream" she told me.
"What?" I asked her. "You have to swear you won't freak out, because there's nothing you can do about it." she says, glancing at the door. "Uhmm... Ookay." I said nervously. "E, what's up?". She took a deep breath then said, "He plans to kill me sometime this week".
"Noooo... No No NO this is bad... All my fault..." I said as I started to sob. "No Ally..." said Eden, as she put her hand on my back. I couldn't even respond before the door flew open. "Hello ladies, I don't believe I arranged for you two to have a sleepover..." he said with a wild grin. I approached him like he was a wild animal who could be scared easily. We looked like one, anyway. "Eden was just getting me a drink of water..." I said. "Because she knows I can't sleep without it". Wow... It had to be at least two in the morning.
"Eden I'd like you to follow me". he responded. I started crying again. What will he do with her... "Eden I'm sorry" I said. "Don't worry about her" Liam said. "Gracie-" Eden started, but her voice was cut off aas Liam slammed the door. Noooo... This can't be happening. I pinched myself. "Nope, this isn't a dream" A voice said. I screamed then felt a warm hand go over my mouth.
