Jan 25, 7:26 am. Y/N's Room.
Y/N laid in her bed, unsure whether she really wanted to go to school today.
It's been a whole week since Y/N has spoken to Jungkook.
After receiving the text from him last week, she didn't know if she was even ready to approach him anytime soon. Every time she saw him at school and would contemplate on approaching him, Karen would always be there dragging him away.
Karen made sure Y/N would remember her threats on staying away from Jungkook.
And Y/N complied.
She didn't want to fight a battle that wasn't worth it anymore.
But as Jungkook and Y/N were becoming more distant, Jimin and Y/N were becoming closer.
Sure, they didn't have the same classes, but they still hung out at lunch, and after school too.
That's when Y/N decided to get up and get ready for school.
She had her friends by her side.
Jan 25, 8:05 am. School Commons.
"Hey Y/N~!" a cheery voice called out.
Y/N turned around and saw Jimin waving and jogging towards her.
Y/N smiled at the boy running towards her.
"Hey Jimin!" She greeted, along with everyone else.
They both hugged as they met.
As they were all chatting about the day to come, Y/N felt a pair of eyes on her.
Turing around, she saw Jungkook standing on the other side of the commons. She saw Jungkook gave a small wave to her. Y/N gave a small wave back.
However, that doesn't go unnoticed by Karen herself.
She quickly glared at Y/N and told Jungkook to focus on their group instead. Y/N feeling ashamed, put her hand down and hung her head low.
"Man, he's still on her side huh" Jimin whispered, following his eyes where Y/N was looking.
"Let me walk you to class" Jimin offered. Y/N moved her attention to him and nodded before allowing Jimin to walk with her.
Of course, Jungkook couldn't help but watch that in the corner of his eye.
Jan 25, 3:00 pm. School Gym.
"Alright, everyone! Time to warm up for practice" Y/N announced to her team.
Everyone cheered, ready to practice.
As Y/N was warming up, Mina approached her, wanting to see if her best friend was ok.
"Hey Y/N. I know this past week has been rough and I was wondering if you were ok?" Mina asked, concerned for her best friend.
