Chapter 13

Brooklyn's POV
My eyes fluttered open and I looked around, trying to remember where I am. I noticed I'm in some room. The last thing I remember was the guards taking turns beating me and someone stopping them. The door of the room opened and I pretended that I was asleep.

"Thank you so much for saving her Jungkook,"a familiar voice said.

"It's not problem Chris,"Jungkook said. "I can't believe her own mother would do that to her."

I don't know why it's so shocking that my mother is a heartless bitch.

The door shut and I heard someone breathing. I opened my eyes seeing Jungkook in front of me.

"Good. You are awake,"he said.

"How long was I out?,"I asked.

"2 days,"he replied. "You have a broken rib and many bruises."

I nodded and tried to sit up, but only hurt myself in the process.

"Be careful. Just lay in bed,"he said,helping me lay back down.

I listened to him because I didn't feel like getting yelled at by people.

"How's Mike and them?,"I asked.

"They are okay. They were really worried about you,"he replied. "I was worried too."

I blushed as he said he was worried about me.

"Brooklyn... I'm really sorry for the stuff I said to you,"he apologized. "Please forgive me?"

I laughed at him and smiled.

"Of course I forgive you,"I smiled. "I said some mean things too."

He gives me his bunny smile and laughs. He is really cute. I'm fangirling!

He noticed that I'm staring and smirks.

"What are you smirking about?,"I asked him.

"Nothing. You know you are really beautiful,"he replied. "Jimin hyung was right."

I blushed and looked away quickly. He grabbed my chin and makes eye contact with me.

"Um Jungkook?,"I asked, blushing brightly.

He smirks and leans in towards me. Is he going to kiss me?! Before he could get closer to me the door opens.

"Brooklyn you are awake!,"Joseph yelled.

Jungkook quickly moves away from me and sits back down in his seat.

"Um did I interrupt something?,"Joseph asked. "Jungkook,were you about to kiss her?"

"No of course not,"Jungkook replied, blushing.

"Ooo Jungkook and Brooklyn! I ship it!,"Joseph yelled, running out of the room.

I laughed and looked at Jungkook who was blushing.

"They always do that when I like someone,"I said.

His jaw dropped and he looks at me confused. Wait did I just say I like him?

I blushed and looked away from him. He continues to stare at me as I lay in bed. After an few minutes or so I fell asleep.
