"I thought you were going to go to the bathroom," Rachel asked.
"Yeah what is that thing in your arms?" Hali answered.
"That's not what I think it is," Keladrae grumbled.
It was what she thought it was Hayle's Labrador collie, Coca.
" You know that she can't be in the store and besides she will run off" Keladrae tried to reason with Hayle, but she would not give in.
" She will destroy the house, and she needs dog food. Also she will refuse to eat unless she knows what it is." Hayle cried, so they finally agreed to let the dog come. As they walked into the store the dog was suddenly alert and started to bark.
"What is it girl? Is there something that you want?" Hayle was worried for her dog and stopped, a teen boy who looked about her age was just staring at her. As there eyes met they fell instantly in love. She took a step forwards and Coca growled as if to say stop! Deep in thought Hayle followed this stranger into the stock room and disappeared .
"Hayle you better not be playing a trick on us" Hali said sternly.
As if on command Coca lurched forwards on the leash and pulled it out of Keladrae's hand. When she came back she had Hayle alright, and she had the stranger by the ear.
"Hayle are you alright?" Rachel cried.
"Yeah I'm fine" Hayle said in a dazed voice.
"She was almost abducted by this alien," A sweet voice spoke.
"Um who said that?"Hayle was startled.
